Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain pour down, Namsos center is located about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Here there are opportunities for fishing from land, canoe/kayak, swimming or just quiet summer days. The house also has a small barbecue house that is provided. A unique space with a lot of soul.
