Holiday rentals with beach access in Naklice

The location was the key … walkable to everywhere and everything. I loved the private patio and the layout of the apartment. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. He was also flexible with the check out time.

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a wonderful stay – the apartment was absolutely beautiful and Branka had thought of everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and felt like a real home from home. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a few steps from the door. Having the SUP boards available was such a luxury and made our time by the sea even more enjoyable. We also had lovely neighbours, which really added to the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Thank you, Branka, for such a perfect stay – we hope to return!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Slavimir. L'appartement était super bien équipé, les lits confortables et tout était propre. L'attention des boissons fraîches étaient les bienvenus. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Schöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und tolle Aussicht. Beheizbarer Whirlpool ist ein klares Plus, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr guter Standard!

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Zrinka verbracht.Lage,Ausstattung-einfach perfekt.Wir würden jederzeit zurückkehren an diesen schönen Ort.

Superbes prestations proposées par notre hôte. Très belle région à découvrir, entre mer, montagne, lieux touristiques et joyaux historiques. Maja nous a accompagné tout le long de notre séjour tout en restant discrète. Le niveau d’équipement de la location est remarquable, nous avons très apprécié notre séjour. Vue imprenable sur adriatique et l’île de Brac. Maja nous a bien conseillé pour l’accès à la location, merci à elle car les routes de colline sont étroites et pentues, mais rien d’inquiétant, il faut juste s’habituer et les habitants sont très prudents sur la route. Nous avons passé un super séjour, dans un pays accueillant et magnifique. Nous conseillons Dubrovnik, Ultra Split 😉, les plages de Brela et Trogir. Hvala Maja.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer, 7 vuxna och 3 barn, som spenderade 1 vecka i huset i början på juni. Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka och huset erbjöd allt vi behövde. Huset har väldigt bra planlösning med sovrummen separerad från övriga ytor, väl utrustat med allt man behöver, flera toaletter och ett fantastiskt läge. På övervåningen är nästan som en egen lägenhet som var perfekt för en av familjerna att bo. Utomhusområdet med pool, pingisbord, utekök, matplatser, liten lekplats och solsängar är väldigt bra och har en otrolig utsikt. Vi spenderade den mesta av tiden i huset och det blev många timmar i den fina poolen. Vi var på några utflykter, bland annat Split och Omis. Fina platser som det var kort resväg till med taxi eller Uber. Vi gick ner till byn, ca 1 km, varje dag för att handla men även för att bada i havet och äta på den lokala restaurangen, väldigt fint och trevligt. Det var helt enkelt en fantastisk vecka och Jasna med familj var väldigt bra värdar.

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

Nina è stupenda! Sempre disponibile, gentile e discreta. Anche se non parla bene inglese non è stato difficile comunicare. La casa è molto ben arredata e con tutto l'occorrente. Parcheggio perfetto per scaricare le valige. Con una scorciatoia si arriva a piedi sul lungomare, la strada x arrivare in macchina è un pò stretta ma facile da raggiungere. Consigliatissimo! Anche con un bimbo di 2 anni come il nostro!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
