Villa holiday rentals in Nail Bay

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

This place was amazing. The property was very well maintained and clean. Everything worked and it had everything we needed. The location is close to hiking, beaches, grocery and food. Kim was a great host we will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house looks exactly like the photos, and the view is amazing! A nice private get away, close to so many things to do/restaurants. Very friendly neighbors as well. It felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Kurt’s place was absolutely amazing for a relaxing get away. The space was beautiful and well maintained. The location is amazing as well with a less than 5 minute walk to Sapphire beach and a 5 minute drive to Red Hook. Kurt is also an amazing host who is extremely responsive and quick to help with anything you may need. Cant wait to book again!!

Thomas’s place is nothing short of a paradise. If you are thinking of booking just do it because you will not be disappointed. The location is amazing. You are a very short drive to Cruz bay and ALL the beautiful beaches yet you are high enough up the hill to get the most amazing views. The home was very easy to find with the detailed (including pictures) instructions provided by the host. There is an amazing garden in back with so many birds that the host provided us with food (sugar and hummingbird water) and instructions of how to feed them if we wanted. The home was very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable (i am a very picky sleeper). The kitchen was stocked with tools needed to cook a meal and some snacks and coffee also. The beach items provided were great! Thomas was very responsive with recommendations and his communication from the point of booking was phenomenal. He went above and beyond. We had the most amazing girls trip and I cannot wait to come back.

What a stunning place. Very clean, incredible view, and two amazing beaches within easy walking distance (such smooth sand at the bottom of the hill, and good snorkelling at Smuggler’s Cove). The restaurants nearby are right on the beach, and I particularly liked the Friday buffet at Tropical Fusion. I rented a car which made it really easy to get to the grocery store (but wow the roads from the airport are a bit narrow, hilly, and winding so be ready for that). Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Aloe House on Great Camanoe Island was nothing short of magical. Perched above the Caribbean, this immaculate three-bedroom villa captured the essence of paradise with its breathtaking views of turquoise waters. Each morning brought spectacular sunrises viewed from our spacious deck, while evenings offered tranquil moments under star-filled skies. The villa's strategic location provided the perfect harmony between secluded retreat and accessibility to neighboring attractions. The pristine beaches and private dock invited us to enjoy countless water activities. Inside, elegantly appointed rooms featuring stunning sea view created an atmosphere of absolute comfort. Despite feeling worlds away, we were just minutes from Marina Cay and Scrub Island's amenities. Don and Marnie, our exceptional hosts, welcomed us with genuine warmth that made our family instantly feel at home, completing what was truly an authentic and unforgettable.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

Our stay at this house was beyond expectations. The secluded location, well-appointed amenities, and breathtaking views of the ocean and bay made it a perfect getaway. The private pool on the lower level of the quad-level deck was a fantastic feature that my girls absolutely loved. We enjoyed grilling out one night and cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day. Driving in St. John takes a minute to get used to, but having Emily as our guide for where to go and when to hit the beaches was incredibly helpful for planning. The house provided beach chairs and pool floats, so we really didn't need anything other than renting snorkeling gear. Overall, it was an amazing experience with everything thoughtfully provided. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fabulous week, going for Christmas to be with our daughter and her wife who live there. There were five of us staying in both sides, having 2 kitchens which came in very handy for Christmas dinner. We would definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning villa on the west end of Tortola! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from every room in the house. Whether we were waking up in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the scenery was simply unforgettable. The villa itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The lush plantings surrounding the property created a private, tropical oasis, and the pool was nothing short of fabulous—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. It was an ideal setup for a family vacation. The layout gave everyone space to relax, yet kept us all connected. We’ve made lasting memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Tortola!

Villa Catalina was a beautiful home with a great south view of the Caribbean. Minutes from Cruz bay and restaurants/ groceries. We spent many evenings on the deck using the well provision kitchen to have dinner on the deck after a day at the beautiful Saint John beaches. We had four adults and two kids which the sleeping arrangements were perfect for. We hope to return to this home someday if we can fit Saint John into our schedule. We were also met at the ferry dock in Cruz bay by the hosts and escorted to the home with a quick tour which was a bonus.

The Villa was lovely with fantastic views and great to have your own pool. Well equipped with all the mod cons and great air con. Dawn was fantastic and gave very clear instructions and pro actively checked in with me prior my arrival. The location is 5 mins drive from the most beutiful bar and restaurant 1748, the restaurant next to that Tropic fusion was good as well with fantastic views as you are literally sitting on the beach or the swings at the bar. It was very much Tom cuise beach bar vibes in the film Cocktail but better. Your only 5 minutes away from the West End Port which takes you to Jost Van D, which i cant reccomend enough, just get the 10am ferry to make the most of the beach bar festivities. You will need to higher a car no matter where you are on the island so location is not a big deal, Nanny Cay is also a great place to go and if you land in beef island do a day in Virgin Gorda straight away. Only negative is the roads are unmade but u get used to it. 100% stay here

This place was even better than described. Anything you could think of or might need was available to use. Peaceful, private and clean. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We would definitely book with this host in the future. Thank you 😊

Sundancer is a gorgeous, more contemporary villa with a rich history, in a beautiful, peaceful location about 15 mins outside of Cruz Bay. Owner Rob provided a lot of useful information about the ferries, jeep rental, restaurants, things to do, before our arrival, and Lauren from Driftwood met us to escort us to the villa, which was so helpful considering driving on the left side of the narrow, winding roads was a new experience for us! We loved every minute we spent on St. John and at this beautiful villa! Thanks Rob and Lauren for all your help making this one of the most memorable vacations we've ever had. We will be back!

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

We really enjoyed this condo on St. John!! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the covered balcony, enjoying the view, both in the morning while having our coffee and in the evening watching the sunset! The location was fantastic! We walked to town for restaurants & groceries, and we walked to the taxi area to get a ride to the beautiful beaches! There was a steep hill walking back to the condo, but it was worth it for the condo and its location! It was just right for us and our two teenagers:)

Beautiful home and unparalleled views, especially for sunsets. Proximity to Redhook area, beaches and food was great; close but simultaneously tucked away. If you want to relax and recharge, this is your spot! Our host was accommodating and quick with responses to any questions as well. A little confusing navigating the last half mile to the house but after the 1st time, with directions from Carrie, no problem. Definitely 5 stars!

We had such a great time staying at the villa. The home was set up perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and the views were unbeatable. John and the property managers were very helpful with any questions we had. They even met us at the ferry dock to make sure we made it to the villa ok. Next time we come to St.John we will plan on staying again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful home and location. Convenient to Cruz Bay restaurants and the beaches on the north side of the island. Great communication throughout. Our third stay on St. John and this was our favorite.
