A clean and cozy apartment, which had everything I needed, a few minutes from the Malecón, restaurants and bars, very central. Excellent communication!

I spent a few days with my family at Erickson's apartment. The photos accurately reflect what it is. Very nice, quiet and with an excellent location. Erickson is a great host, always attentive, excellent communication and made us very good recommendations. He has a flexible schedule, when he found out that we were arriving very early, he offered us options for luggage. I would definitely stay again if there is availability.

We spent the weekend at this beautiful apartment in the mountains of Cabrera, and it was truly a memorable experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up each morning to the view of the ocean and lush greenery felt like something out of a dream. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our coffee while listening to the sounds of nature all around us. It was the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic retreat surrounded by nature, this is the spot. We’re already planning to come back

We have stayed in Las Terrenas many many times. This is easily the best place we’ve stayed. The fact that there was hot water alone made this place amazing (it’s normal to not have hot water most times in DR) the place was in PERFECT position to downtown but still off the Main Street enough to have your own space and quiet. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and water jugs were ready for us. We really loved this villa and we would stay here every time we come! Thank you so much for having us:)

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Perfect stay! My experience was just wonderful! The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view that invites you to rest and disconnect. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, with a very quiet atmosphere that is enjoyed from the first moment. I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

Beautiful and quiet accommodation, in a spectacular complex. Mayte's service was exceptional, always attentive and with quick responses. It saved my husband and me, since at 9:00 PM we had to leave the accommodation where we were previously staying with another host due to multiple situations. I wrote to Mayte, she quickly replied that we could get to her property and when we got to her accommodation, everything was impeccable and as expected, thus giving us back the calm and tranquility we needed. 100% recommended and look forward to returning soon.

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very good apartment. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The residential complex has an excellent location, very close to the beach. Mabel is a super host, always attentive and willing to answer any questions quickly. I hope to be back soon. 100% recommended!
