Very nice unit, with everything thing you need including a washer/dryer and water heater in the shower. Good aircon, kitchen utilities and good wifi. 2 malls close by but you do have to take a detour to get to them but it isn't that long. The pool is very nice and free to use. Staff at the building are very friendly. owner is very easy to deal with.

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL GUESTS! all I can say is one of the best Airbnb I have ever been. I am also a host myself but Grabe ang customer service ni Karen. Hats off to you. With the amenities, feel at home vibe, super near restaurants, bar, free pool plus if you have long stay, you'll be given a chance to have a soothing massage for 2. I will definitely be here again. 5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
