Beautiful setting and views!

We spent a couple of days in Athas beautiful home in Peleponesse. The house is georgeous, the area i packed with mycenae sites and the beaches are well with in walking distance. Athas house is really beautiful with all amenities and the terrasse is shaded from noon and on wards.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Demetrius and Tunia’s place in Lefkakia, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine kindness that made us feel right at home. Our stay here was great! Bill and Elaine are such nice hosts; and lovely persons; they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. We got so much information from them in advance. The appartment was very nice and cosy and very clean and the view amazing! We felt very much at ease here and we defenitely will come back to this awesome place!

We had a lovely stay at Maritina’s Villa. It was big with both outdoor and indoor seating, perfect for our energetic little one! Maritina was very kind to allow is an early check in and late check out- something we really appreciate with a child in tow. She also left us a lot of snacks and drinks, which was highly appreciated. The place is a short drive from the city, very convenient. Thank you for hosting us.

A fantastic place in a beautiful beachside setting and a great location for exploring Argolis. There were three familes (6 adults. 6 young children / toddlers) on our trip and this was a fantastic place for the children, with a slide and swings by a beautiful private beach, as well as a large grove of orange and lemon trees. The hosts were very friendly and gave us many oranges and lemons from their trees!

Maria was a great host, always quick to respond to questions. Helpful answers and supplied an extra hair blow dryer at request. The place was spacious with a great view over the city. Cafe, bakery, restaurants and Mini Markets all within a 5 min walk.

the house is located across the bay Nafplio (20 minutes). The house is built on a mountainside and the view of the bay is beautiful. There are 4 terraces (!) so we always found a shade spot (August was sunny and warm). The garden is flowery and green. The interior is warm, homely, with taste and cozy! The kids felt at home! Our vacation last year was a topper, and I feared hard to beat, but Greece wins! and this beautiful house and area has a lot to do with that! Polyxeni was a very friendly, attentive and helpful host! We got plenty of useful tips.

Wow, what a place. We’ve just spent 10 amazing days in this beautiful villa. The villa is stunning with the most gorgeous pool & views to sea. The area is beautiful, very quiet & with a lovely little beach a few minutes walk away with a diving platform into the crystal clear sea. The kids were entertained for hours. There is a lovely taverna on the beach with great food & really friendly staff. Lily was so helpful with the booking, directions & lots of recommendations. We visited gorgeous Erimioni & had a wonderful day out to Spetses but we were just as happy splitting our time between the pool & the beach. This was a big family holiday & it couldn’t have been better. Thankyou Lily & also Thassos & Anastasia for a lovely welcome.

The hostess, Mrs. Corina was waiting for us even though she had tickets to show in Epidaurus! Very sweet lady and very helpful. She left us pastries and homemade jam for breakfast. The next day when we found that an accessory was missing from the espresso coffee maker, he rushed to replace it with a new one. The house was generally very well equipped with all the essentials and a lot of extra… spotless, very nicely decorated… Very good location for Epidaurus. The pool is big and very useful. We had a great time and will definitely be back..

a big House, amazingly equipped with everything you for a perfect vacation. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 BBQs, amazing views. you get a personal host to answer all your problems. we had a few problems, 1 small and 1 big, they where both solved as soon as possible and. really felt at home.

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

The place exceeded our expectations. It was more beautiful than in the photos . Very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 with 3 teanagers . We drive throughout the Peloponnese region. Very relaxing and gorgeous view and close to amazing bakeries and restaurants and beach in town few minutes away . Close to Nafplio and Hydra island . Korina is superb . She is friendly and always available and helpful . We loved everything about the place . Will definitely come back again .

We just had 8 wonderful nights at Kiveri Garden Villa. It’s rare that a property is even better than the photos but this was the case here. Andreas was a wonderful, helpful and communicative host and the house was really well equipped. The local bakery is a must-visit! Thank you for every Andreas. We really hope to come back.

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

We had a lovely stay. The house is in a great location with wonderful views. We loved the whole area - the beach, the port, the restaurants and tavernas on the beach. Maria, who looks after the place, was lovely and brought us fresh eggs from her chickens! Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave.

“Villa del Olio״ was the top pick of our vacation. The house looks amazing and even more impressive in person than in the photos. It's thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful ambiance, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The spacious yard is private and beautiful, and the pool has given us plenty of family fun. What truly elevated our experience was Konstantina and Polys׳ warm hospitality. They found the perfect balance between offering us privacy and making us feel genuinely welcomed, like old friends. The villa is located 4 minutes drive to crystal clear beaches. And 10 minutes to nice restaurants and mini market. It is a truly dreamy vacation spot.

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

Giorgios's house is peacefully set among orchards far away from the touristy, noisy town that Nafplion has become yet close enough to enjoy Nafplion's many shops and restaurants. Wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. Above all, Giorgios's communications were always immediate and helpful. For example, on our last night, as we drove into the driveway, our Avis rental car broke down. Unable to reach Avis by phone that night or the next morning, Giorgios arranged for a superb driver in a new Mercedes to pick us up and take us to Athens. Put another way, Giorgos was always available to help out. We were only two people, but the house easily can accommodate more in a beautifully landscaped lot with a wonderful swimming pool. Great stay!

What a nice little town this Villa is situated in. One small street with a souvlaki spot, coffee spot, mini market, walkable rock beach access with free umbrellas if you eat at one of the two restaurants, and less than 30 minutes from Nafplio. Villa Artia was clean with plenty of space and a nice salt water pool. Vasiliki was very responsive with any questions or needs and provided ample information about the area.

We had a great stay in the Vila. It is very peaceful and isolated. The pool and the garden are great lots of fun for the kids and great space. Location is very close to Nafpilion and other attractions. Host is very responsive and with great care. Highly recommended.

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !
