Truly magical. A wonderful flat with everything you’d ever need with equal size terrace you could spend all day on. The view is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave. Parking was easy and there was a lovely bakery just a minute walk away. Edite was a wonderful host. Nazaré and its surroundings were beautiful and definitely a highlight of our trip.

If I could’ve given 6 stars out of 5, I would’ve, no questions asked. Amanda and Gez were more than helpful towards us! Communication was great and housing was perfectly situated - about a 7 mins walk to the castle and its inner village, as well as a 6 mins walk to a grocery store. Would come back anytime and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Obidos!

Wow!! What a gorgeous house, so peaceful, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The back garden and surrounding town is stunning. Thank you Anabela, your hosting, thoughtful gifts and quick communication made our first night in Portugal a highlight. Wish we had stayed longer, will definitely return if we come back to Portugal!

Everything was great, we had a really nice and peaceful stay. There seems to be a quarry not far and it made some noise but not too much. And in the evening there was an event nearby with loud music that was a bit disturbing. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing.

A very cozy and renovated house. Good location and nice views from the terrace. The experience has been very positive. There was only one day with an anecdote, and that was when we were at the beach one afternoon and when we returned, we hung our bathing suits and towels on the clothesline with clothespins. When we picked it up in the morning, we saw that my partner's bikini was missing... someone had taken it. The terrace can be accessed from the outside.

The swimming pool terrace is very nice with a great view to the valley. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had an amazing stay, how lucky we were to have stayed in this accommodation and in this neighborhood. The house is full of charm and very comfortable. We loved the view and the typical neighborhood. A big thank you to Marie for her welcome, responsiveness and advice!

We stayed at José’s place for four nights and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was clean and as shown on the pictures. José was very responsive and everything worked out perfectly well. I can certainly recommend it.

The apartment was beyond our expectations! We loved everything: large balcony with view and location close to everything (a few minutes from the beach!). If you want to visit Nazaré, this is the apartment for you. Only downside: Bed a little hard, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Everything at apartment was as advertised. Hugo provided us with great information about area and seemed to show genuine interest in make our trip enjoyable.

Estella was always responsive with any questions that I had. The location and views from apartment are 5+. Added bonus for us was the availability of a car park. Apartment has all the facilities to cook a big dinner. Supermarket is a 10 minute walk but restaurants are closer. Thank you for enhancing our holiday in Portugal. Allan

A super stay in Foz do Arelho! We were thrilled with the brightness and spaciousness of the apartment, we didn't miss anything. We were there as two couples, each couple had their own bathroom. The apartment is very quiet, you have a wonderful view of the lagoon of Obidos. The place doesn't offer much, but we got a lot of suggestions from Shaun or Davina about what to do in the area - we did a lot of it. The beach is further away, you can reach it on foot in about 20 minutes, but you have to go down the mountain, i.e. back uphill. You can only get to the beach by car, but we often ate and drank here in a location directly on the beach. There are wooden paths in the dunes, so you can take short walks and admire the nature. We had an all-round successful and eventful vacation.

Very quiet, peaceful location. Easy access to beach, restaurants near by. Parking easy, should have a car to get around if you want to explore area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and barbecue ready to use was a bonus.

Super comfy and welcoming apartment! We absolutely loved our stay here. Right be the beach and near many local bars and restaurants. Everyone comes to Peniche to do one thing: Surfing. The whole place is themed like a surf camp which is exactly the look we were looking for. Picture perfect balcony that allowed you to enjoy the sunrise in the mornings. Hélio and Sabine were super helpful throughout the booking process and arrival, as well as during our stay. If we’re ever coming to Peniche again, we‘ll definitely inquire there again.

We had a great time at Olga's place. I think it was much better than if we had stayed down on the strip by the beach. It was private and quiet, and the terrace view was wonderful. Olga's place is up the hill from the beach, and on the third floor of the building. We ended up doing a lot of walking which was great. Olga was super helpful and responsive. She has fans for the bedroom, which was really nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed for three nights of cooking. We'd stay here again if we come back to Nazare.

An excellent spacious lovely apartment. Super comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, best night sleep I’ve had for ages. In mid-May the pool was of course cool, but useable for an exercise swim. Good communication with host, very helpful at all times, lived nearby I think.

Kristof and Frederik are two very friendly and uncomplicated hosts and have furnished their apartment with a lot of taste, foresight and expertise. The high-quality mattresses, the external roller shutters and the technically flawless equipment are particularly noteworthy. Additional kitchen knives were delivered immediately. Even unusual amenities were thought of: dehumidifiers in the wardrobes, which can be very helpful in the humid sea climate, and a small selection of wines. Thank you so much for everything!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment and really appreciated how new and clean everything was. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom has a big closet and a super comfy bed. Communication with Katrien was great. We could even check in earlier and she was very helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend! Since it’s located in the old town and the streets are quite narrow, parking can be a bit tricky.

This was our best experience renting for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back because of the interactions had with Rickard and Lana. From the beginning they called and talked to us about best places to surf, resturants, etc. They let us know exactly what to expect. We had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they accommodated us no question and helped make it an easy process. Once we got to the airport they helped instruct us how to get to the place. Upon arrival the place was exactly what was pictured and pristine. It was perfect for us with the best view in Baleal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean from our balcony! Rickard and Lana were available to answer any questions promptly! They are considered super DUPER hosts in my eyes. 100 out of 10! We will be back!

Thais from Baleal holidays was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The place is stunning, exactly as described in the description and pictures. Very spacious and clean. We travelled with my husband and 4.5 month old baby and she provided excellent recommendations on activities and restaurants. The location is close to the beach and closer to some restaurants. The place is situated in a very local part of the town, with not a lot of tourists. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the busy towns and tourists then this is a good place for you. You would need a car to get around. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and we look forward to coming back soon!
