Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nadadouro

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

von der Kommunikation her, die Ausstattung und die Lage… einfach traumhaft für mich als surfer. hat alles was man braucht, sehr gute Surfspots direkt vor der Haustür danach entspannen im Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. umgeben von feinen Restaurants, einfach der Hammer :) lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Um lugar incrível, super simpáticos! Pet friendly (adorámos a gata). Apesar de não termos usufruído da piscina e jacuzzi por ter estado mau tempo, ficou na nossa lista de locais a revisitar!

Zuzanna und Tibor waren immer hilfsbereit und die Möglichkeit Boards direkt vor Ort auszuleihen, war genial. auch der Kontakt zu der Surfschule war einfach und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub.

Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

We loved this cozy place, best mix of carefully renovated rooms, handmade (wooden) bed and new furniture ! Lots of space in the kitchen, little balcony to enjoy sunsets. The Aldi nearby is super handy and the Airbnb is at walking distance to the beach and Town center. For surfing, as it was quite windy, we took the car to the other (more protected) site of the beach. The early Check-in and late check-out made our stay perfect!

Очень интересное жилье, много старинных и оригинальных предметов, но к сожалению нет места для размещения одежды и чемоданов. Спальные места находятся наверху, туда невозможно поднять чемоданы. Мельница старинная, поэтому чувствуется затхлый запах. Красивый садик.

Elisa's place is a beautiful, quiet, perfect home base for any stay in Nazaré. You can feel the care taken to ensure a great visit. It's just removed enough to feel very calm, but incredibly quick to get closer to the busier areas on foot. Comfy beds, common space to gather as a group. Would stay here again any day! Check out / support the specialty coffee shop Colour Beans & the surf school Surf4You! A driving note: Getting there by car can be difficult, but Elisa does a good job of assisting (she's very responsive and kind). You have to go up a small side street that looks like it may be a one way street to get to the garage entrance (then head inside to get the garage door opener from the apartment). Once you find it everything is smooth sailing. Very nice having a dedicated space for the car.

The villa is well equipped and is a great location as a starting point for day trips, multiple coast locations within 20 - 30 minutes. The villa has all you can need for a family holiday, the pool is big enough for a family holiday it has a small shelf step which my granddaughter (3yrs old) used to help with her swimming which was great. The host is very responsive if you need any help and provided simple but clear answers. Would recommend for a family holiday as long as you had a car, there is limited access to restaurants local to the property but not a negative for our family but worth knowing.

Incrivel! A casa da avó Maria surpreendeu em todos os apetos, extremamente limpa, com cheirinho a sabão azul e com uma decoração que convida à demora nos pormenores. Vale 100% a pena visitar este espaço, tranquilo e convidativo ao descanso. Fica pertinho da Nazaré, da Batalha, de Leiria e a 5 minutos de alcobaça, perfeito para visitar a zona e aproveitar! Os nossos patudos adoraram o pátio para dormir ao sol. Vamos sem duvida regressar e divulgar com os amigos!

This beautifully updated traditional stone house exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way! It is quaint but with everything we needed for our 3-night stay, including good heat (which we used due to the chilly weather). We gave all 5s except one 4 because the house is right next to the road. The 18" thick walls in the house keep the noise to a minimum and the road is not busy at all, so no big deal. The host prepared a super-helpful booklet of nearby sights and restaurants that we referred to regularly (in both Portuguese and English). We can't recommend this place highly enough!

Um dos melhores lugares que já fiquei pelo Airbnb!! Casa lindíssima, muito superior ao que mostra as fotos! Maria Elisa veio nos receber, muito simpática e prestativa! A casa é perfeitamente mobiliada e decorada. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado. Só tenho a agradecer a Maria Elisa por nos dar a honra de permanecer em sua linda casa! Recomendo mil vezes!!!

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Wir haben als Familie ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Dino hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und er hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Appartement war tipptopp geputzt und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider hatten wir nicht ganz so warmes Wetter und konnten so den grandiose Dachpool nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt viele Restaurants zur Auswahl. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Desde el primer contacto, y hasta el final de la estancia, todo fue extremadamente satisfactorio: atención constante, amabilidad, fácil comunicación, cercanía... En resumen, una experiencia gratificante y a la altura del alojamiento.

I only wish that Anabella could hear all the ‘wows!’, gasps of delight and smiles of appreciation for this wonderful property as you walk through the door!! Set in a quiet hillside location, It is just the most beautifully laid out home… modern, yet rustic… simply furnished but oh so comfortable with cosy lighting and quirky touches!! Everything has been catered for and thought about.. it is super well equipped and even provides a juicer for the ample supply of oranges growing on the trees in the garden… such a treat! The house is tastefully decorated with Anabella’s personalised and creative touches. The soft ambient lighting both inside and out elevate this property to another level after dark! We stayed as a family of nine with two little ones.. who adored the pool and loved watching their favourite programmes on the big screen! We ate in every evening, such were the glorious sunset views from the terrace table. Thank you, Anabella, for sharing your beautiful home with us..

A fantastic villa in a great location on the silver coast. The villa is huge (much bigger than the pictures) and plenty of space for two families. It’s very well equipped with everything you’d need including every kitchen utensil, lots of children’s books, games, toys and cutlery etc. The pool is great and heated. You are a 2 mins walk from a bakery and local grocery store and only a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the amazing beach. The local area is fantastic with loads of great day trips (we went to Obidos, Caldas da Rainha, Nazaré and the dino park/lego museum in Lourinha). Easy to drive from Lisbon and brilliant base for a great holiday. Would recommend this villa to anyone but especially families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at this lovely quirky characterful villa. The welcome was fantastic with a table laid out with delicious foods by Adelia. The outside terraces around the pool are beautiful with stunning views and sunsets. We also made good use of the barbecue. We were there with 6 adults and 2 babies. There is literally nothing missing in the house, everything is catered for, even 2 highchairs! When we had an issue with the lack of hot water, our hosts responded promptly and things were resolved. We can highly recommend this lovely house. The local restaurant is also worth a visit where Susanna will cook up a storm.

Wow, what a beautiful villa. would highly recommend Teresa's villa, we were blown away with the standard of accomodation. There were a few restaurants on the same, street and a shop literally across the road. the beach is about a 20 min walk with a few more bars restaurants. we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend as a base to explore the area. would recommend and return. Teresa was helpful and always very quick to respond.
