It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. You have complete privacy with separate parking space in quiet, safe neighborhood, just outside the city of Lufkin (less than 7 miles from both hospitals) and most dining. No children. No pets.
