Villa holiday rentals in Nacka Municipality

Had the pleasure of staying at Linus & Johanna’s home with a group of friends. It immediately felt at home. They had left us some freshly pressed Apple juice which was a wonderful gesture. While the home is a bit on the older side, we were wanting for nothing. The space is very organic and has a lot of light. It’s close to the metro stop about a 10 min walk and the supermarkets are right near by as well. We also went to the nature reserve nearby and it really made us glad we didn’t stay in the heart of Stockholm. Definitely recommend you to stay here :)

We had a great, relaxing week at Johan and Linn's. It's a lovely house, with a very pleasant garden, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and very close to the lake which was perfect for a dip, and for going for a run along the lakeshore. The house was very clean and very well equipped, with a proper BBQ and good laundry machines. Great to have an EV charger for our plug-in hybrid hire car! It was a quick (15/20min) drive into central Stockholm which worked well. We probably would have used the metro if the station was a bit closer, rather than a bus ride away. But bottom line, it's a lovely house in a nice suburb. Johan and Linn were great hosts and very responsive. Thank you!

Joakim is an amazing host and very friendly. He greeted us at the check-in, gave detailed house tour and instructions, and even offered us a ride to grocery store after learning our problem with rental car. The rental unit is very clean and cozy, especially ideal for family trip with kids. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful scenes. Although a car is highly recommended, there are local buses going into the city and they are reliable. Looking forward to coming back to Stockholm and this place again in the future!

The house is spacious and situated in a nice quiet area. Nice view from the dining room and the living room. It is very convenient with two bathrooms with toilet in each and an extra toilet. It takes about 30 mins drive to Central Stockholm. Not a problem for us since we rented a car.

Charlotta and Per-Anders are great hosts. As a guest, we felt comfortable and welcome. The place is fantastic and offers everything you could ask for. Communication with Charlotta and Per-Anders went extremely well. They were always quick to reach and quickly gave helpful answers. Overall a great time staying at the place for us. It is located in nature and yet only 30 minutes away from Stockholm City. The accommodation is also very well located for trips to the archipelago. We can only recommend Charlotta and Per-Anders as hosts and would ask the two again if we want to come back to Ingarö.

In the published reviews, everything has already been said and mentioned extensively, I can only agree with that. We were allowed to use Linda's home over the Christmas holidays and spent the holidays there. We would especially like to thank you for the Christmas decorations of the house and the Christmas tree! In short, from the planning, payment, organization and communication with Linda, takeover and handover of the house, everything worked out well and easily. We would choose Linda's house again any time. Thank you Linda

We had a wonderful time. It was a great place to relax after spending our days wandering in the city. Close to grocery store, so we settled in comfortably each evening.

Great place! A beautiful home very close to Stockholm. I would love to go back.

We stayed with three families and lots of kids. The playroom with tons of toys was a game changer. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed three cooks to cook dinner for us with ease. Getting into Stockholm and to the airport with the bus/train was very straight forward and practical. The supermarket is pretty close by in a huge mall, so while it’s quiet and private, you are not cut off. We loved it!

We had a very nice time at Martin's house. The star was the sunny terrace with a great view of the water. The amenities are excellent and leave nothing to be desired. The house is an ideal base for trips to Stockholm or the archipelago. A bakery and a small mall with supermarket can be reached in minutes by car. Only small drawback: the path to the small swimming area is a little longer than expected and quite difficult with SUP boards. But we would love to come back to Saltsjöbaden at any time.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful Swedish summer stay here! This is truly a gem of a place! It is about 30 min from the Stockholm city by car, but it feels as if one is truly away in nature. It is so quiet and although some neighbors are close, we never felt it wasn’t private. The nature reserve right across the road was heaven! Trails to walk in the forest, pick blueberries. It is a short walk to walk for swim in lake- we couldn’t find where to swim in ocean from the house. The yard is big, grass areas, trees, even some blueberry bushes! We saw deer running around the neighborhood. The house itself is very cozy, clean, and fully equipped; we were very comfortable. We played croquet in the backyard along with ping pong. The terrace was lovely to sit for meals and to relax. We spent a lot of time outdoors. There are a lot of things to do around the area. We took the ferry boats in to the city from Nacka Strand, as well boat hopping to different islands in the archipelago. Convenient! We loved it! 🥰

This beautiful home was perfect for our family during Christmas week. We spent most of our time cooking, eating, reading and playing games, so the open kitchen-dining-living layout with a fireplace and archipelago views was ideal for us. We especially appreciated the sauna with refreshing plunge pool and the enclosed garden for our dog to run around. Overall, everything was very easy, from communicating with Sabina, settling in, and checking out. Tip: bring slippers as the polished concrete flooring can be a bit hard and chilly underfoot. Thank you, Sabina and family, for letting us relax and unwind in your stylish home!

We had a wonderful stay in the house and really loved everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a little beach nearby. We even saw an elk walk by. It‘s easy to go to Stockholm by bus from the commuter parking nearby. The pool was great fun. The beds are really comfy and the house is very well equipped. Alexander is a great host and super nice and we can highly recommend this place.

The internal arrangement worked really well for us, but we enjoyed the day bed and the pool outside too. The Sonos system was spot on, perfect for relaxing days. We had no transport, so quite a walk to the grocery store, but there was swimming in lakes and the sea within 10-15 mins in 3 directions. We didn’t meet Camilla, but her communication was excellent. In summary, would recommend.

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. This is a wonderful place to stay ! The house is so lovely, clean, quiet and homey. We loved the pool and the deck. You can go for beautiful walks, there are lovely restaurants in the area and Stockholm is very easy to get to. Even though we didn’t meet Maria, she was a great host and very responsive. Definitely recommend staying here !

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

Amazing villa with a long and literally colorful past. It is beautifully renovated and very well equipped. Swimming in the sea is a bit of an adventure but there is always the heated pool for the not-so-daring. The location is perfect - just 15 Minutes by car to the heart of Stockholm but still in the middle of wild nature. Simon gave us a very warm welcome and was always available for questions.

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.
