The house (Himadri) was very comfortable and clean, was exactly as advertised and served my need perfectly. My interactions with Suchitra stand out for me even more than the place - she was responsive, helpful, flexible and friendly throughout the process, from initial enquiry until after check-out. She diligently ensured the internet connection (which was down) got fixed before my arrival date, since I needed to work remotely from there. Note - matching the description, there is no air-conditioning but the house was surprisingly and comfortably cool inside, especially considering how hot it was outside.

Property is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, have all the facilities like home - cooker, mixer, smart tv, fully automatic washing machine, clean bathrooms, geysers, etc very much enjoyed the property and host was always responsive.

The accomodation was at the 1st floor of a private house and it was extremely spacious. The living area was huge with a big covered balcony. All the basic amenities are present and it felt right at home. Host is friendly and always available to solve any issues! Definitely would recomend for anyone to who's looking for a homely stay at Gokulam.

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

Beautiful home! Comfortable stay at a friends place. that's the feeling I carried at the checkout. host family was extremely polite , helpful and simple. beautiful surroundings of coffee plantation and biodiversity made it a perfect relaxing vacation. will come again

Very good place. My dog loved it , lot of place to play around. Peaceful and very clean surroundings. Little hot, Bedroom AC cooling capacity could have been better.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

I loved it, if you are looking for something peaceful and calm then this is an option for you, the caretaker was super friendly and the service was top notch.

This is a great place to unwind with your friends. There are 2 big bedrooms at ground floor facing the pool area & 3 rooms on top. The pool area is big along with sitouts where you can have your party along with barbecue. The caretaker was very helpful in arranging everythings that we asked for. Dinner & breakfast was arranged at a nominal cost but the food was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place for groups! 👍

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved the place! The place had everything we needed from utensils to a cozy pool. Eateries and other essentials are a 10-15 mins drive and easily accessible. Sridevi was very responsive and our caretaker, Renuka aunty, was also very helpful and kind. It's a beautiful home and I would definitely recommend it for weekend getaway.

Absolutely excellent stay – 5 stars all the way! The property was straight out of a fairy tale – beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well-maintained. The rooms were charming and cozy, and every corner of the property felt magical. The pool was a highlight – clean, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The location was calm and serene, ideal for a peaceful getaway. A special shoutout to Neesha, the Airbnb host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The staff, too, were warm, attentive, and made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended – we’d love to return!

This place has its beauty of it's own, the birds singing in the morning, the lush green garden and landscapes and most importantly the hospitality by Arun Sir was the best. Also, our best buddies Lucy and Happy made our stay outstanding.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment – it's spacious and well-suited for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made our stay very convenient. A special mention to our host, Guru Kiran – he was extremely kind and helpful, especially when our car got stuck in the parking area. He went out of his way to assist us, and we really appreciated that. The only downside was the housekeeping – it could have been much better. The house wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival, so I’d suggest improving that aspect for future guests.

Our family wanted to visit Mysore for a short stay and we searched far and wide for a good place on Airbnb. We came upon Glynis & Russel's place and saw that it was new. We usually look for places with lots of reviews, but this time, we decided to give it a shot. We are happy to say that we had zero regrets. The location was breathtaking and the house was small, cozy, yet beautiful. Every detail had been thought of and Glynis & Russel made us feel at home with their warm presence. We highly recommend this wonderful house for anyone looking for a relaxing, warm experience in Mysore.

Thanks for your hospitality, Mahima,. He was very kind and responded appropriately. It was a high point that the kitchen and laundry machine could be used privately. Especially recommended for those who want to cook well. There are other reviews, but there are many power outages. The wifi will be disconnected during the power outage, so if you plan to have an online meeting on your PC, you need to be prepared.The power outage will be restored in about 10 minutes, so I didn't notice that. In the morning, it's bright to keep windows and doors open. You can also arrange a scooter or airport transfer, so please ask your host if you need them. We've stayed for 3 days and had great experience. we were looking for a secluded peaceful place and this was exactly what we wanted. Shaji os a great host and very good human. He caters to all your requests. even during late hours he will get it done. In-house cook and caretaker - Rajeev is also up to the task all the time and cooks amazing food and serves it with an innocent smile on his face. it felt as if we have visited our good hearted friends or relatives and not some random hosts. thanks Shaji and Rajeev for being such a great hosts.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The house is in an amazing location with wonderful hosts who looked after us well. There are views of Kabini river and fields all around. There is a kitchen but we had meals provided which was some of the best food we had in India. The village is a very friendly place and there is a nice walk down towards the backwaters. As birders we also loved the nature and saw a lot of birds. Karthik was brilliant with all the communication and also arranged Nargahole and Kabini safaris for us at very short notice! Can highly recommend.

The place looked exactly the same as in the pictures, located in a peaceful area. The entire place was for us, felt home. Host- Vinay was always available over a chat and helped with few recommendations when I approached him for. Overall a nice place at Mysore at an effort able price for 3 bedrooms.

Had a lovely stay; peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. We were four, including a little baby, and the place was perfect for all of us to relax. The baby had plenty of space to move around, and the calm vibe made it feel like a true getaway. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!
