Beautiful place literally across the street from the beach! Quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance to the boardwalk with tons of shops and fantastic restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful! Loved our stay here

Perfect place to stay in downtown Wilmington! Minutes to the riverwalk amongst beautiful historic homes. Our stay was quiet and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Thank you so much, Wendy & Jeff!

The Zen Garden was exactly what I needed! The description was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Close to restaurants. Complimentary coffee and snacks. Yum! Super Comfortable beds! The hosts could not have been more accommodating. As a first time Air BnB-er, I had many questions. Not only did they answer all of them, they answered them within a few minutes every time. I wanted to experience everything about Wilmington in my 9 days in NC and I did that. I am so happy and thankful I chose the Zen Garden! Will return. Thank you!!!

Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We had a great 2 days at this little Air BNB. We loved being right downtown where we could walk to the water, enjoy the restaurants and the sites. We were there for UNCW orientation for my daughter and it was an easy drive to campus and also the beach! I'm sure we will be back.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay. The beautiful deck with Adirondack chairs is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a cocktail. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials (like a peeler and bottle opener), which made it easy to cook meals for our family of five. The TV setup worked great for a cozy family movie night. We brought our own beach toys and chairs, but it would be a nice touch if the property offered some for guest use. The outdoor shower, easy parking and laundry downstairs completed the package! We only stayed one night but definitely would come back for longer. The beach here is gorgeous!

Very beautiful and comfortable home, would be an awesome retreat when you just want to relax or be near the beach. We really just enjoyed our family time here. Will look forward to coming again. Also not sure if but some pictures I guess are to another listing there's no playground out back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home, which features a spacious open floor plan ideal for a large family. Located in a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood, it offers easy access to all the nearby beaches. The property was impeccably clean upon our arrival, and the fenced-in yard and private, secluded pool provided a perfect retreat. We also appreciated the variety of family games available, which added to our enjoyment. One of the highlights for us was the opportunity to bring our dog along, which made the stay even more special. Stephanie was exceptionally responsive, consistently providing prompt and helpful communication. She ensured that everything was smooth during check-in and showed genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Overall, we consider this to be one of our favorite accommodations in Wilmington, and we would definitely love to book it again!

This is the second time staying at Rachel’s place and it just just as nice as the first.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was beautiful and clean in a quite neighborhood. It was well stocked with all the necessities. Sam was responsive and welcoming. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

10/10 No Notes! Restored Hope! Amazing stay at this Wilmington home! I spoke to Cole before booking and told her my concerns with previous stays with Airbnb. She was very responsive and calmed all nervousness for the stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, AND CLEAN! Cole answered all questions quickly and gave great recommendations for the area when asked. My family and I WILL book again and again. Thanks again Cole for everything!

We love the location and even though it is close to a main road it is still private and comfortable. The fenced yard is perfect for your dogs with plenty of space for them to stretch. The back deck is comfortable as well. The inside of the house is exactly as shown, it is comfortable and quiet , the big screen TV is perfect after a a busy day in Wilmington. You can walk to Whole Foods , shopping or just around this neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and enjoy visiting with you and your dogs . The gardenias and magnolias were in bloom and lent a light sweet smell. We would definitely stay at Esthers Garden again.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location! It was right on the beach so you’re not dealing with a ton of traffic, but also in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, cute, and easy. I thought it was worth the price!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a 6 minute drive to the main fun in Carolina Beach and just a little over 20 to where we explored in Wilmington. I’m from the area and rented for my family and I to stay in while they visited, so it’s definitely worth it location/price wise!

The Condo was wonderful and extremely convenient for going out to the beach, dinner and to hang out. I had a great time and would recommend to others.

The view is incredible from the balcony. We had coffee out there every morning, and my husband even spotted a dolphin! The location is amazing! The condo is walkable to so many delicious restaurants. We took nightly walks after dinner along the Riverwalk. The hosts always responded so quickly, and added nice touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine and candies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

The view from the deck can't be beat and we spent a majority of our time out there. The place had everything we needed and the market across the street has the best breakfast sandwiches. Best stay in Carolina beach, we can't wait to go back!
