This was a perfect cottage for a family stay! Everything that we needed was available, and the waterfront was beautiful, accessible and had great access to outdoor equipment and recreation. There were lots of other families too - some cottage owners who made us feel very welcome - so my niece was able to play with other kids. Thanks for a great stay!

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

Lovely place and lovely hosts - across from a river and a park, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and some of the best and most welcoming communication ever. Huntsville is a dreamy place with lots of walking trails and restaurants. It was a beautiful late spring getaway.

Everything was comfortable, clean and so cozy. Everything was in great working order like the shower and tub, heating and tv. We made great use of the fenced in dog park: a key feature for dog owner needing to exercise their pet off-leash safely. Such a great stay, will recommend for sure!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Glenn Burney Lodge cabin. The space was really cozy, and we were greeted with a welcome drink!. The cabin’s location right by the lake was perfect—we loved being able to take a canoe out for a peaceful ride. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful scenery, also it is close to all the local attractions. We absolutely loved our time here!

Cabin #9 was amazing! Perfect size for 2 people! Amazing balcony with a table and chairs and a BBQ. So much to do close by! Paddleboats, Kayaks, Canoes, a pool and more! Larger yard area to play some sports. Host was very responsive and super friendly! I would definitely come back again!

Location was fantastic. Easy driving distance to towns and trails. A good central location for the places we wanted to go. If you have young children the stairs may be an issue as they are quite steep and hard to navigate in the middle of the night. Upstairs is quite spacious so we took an air mattress and one of our kids slept there while the other took the bed.

The cottage is gorgeous! Came equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and swimming out to the water trampoline. Lots of wood stocked for campfires which was greatly appreciated! Perfect location - 25 min drive to Limberlost Forest to hike and 10min to the delicious Henrietta’s Bakery! Will definitely return!

Our time at FIKA was so enjoyable. The hosts were very responsive from the time of booking until our departure. The place was equipped with all the essentials and maintained well. There are a variety of activities available to enjoy on the property itself. Hosts shared tips and recommendations to enjoy their curated space and the surrounding neighborhood. Space was clean and as described. Would highly recommend booking this peaceful space for family, friends or a personal retreat and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Muskoka Cabana. The location is stunning, right at the water's edge with beautiful, peaceful views of the lake. The outside deck is amazing and really spacious. We did feel that the access was a bit tricky, but I guess the location compensated for that. The cabana itself is really tastefully done, with beautiful homey touches and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, this was a great stay.

Ann-Marie is an extremely friendly, flexible and helpful host. The cabin’s location is perfect. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed the paddling, fishing and biking and had a wonderful long weekend. Thank you Ann-Marie.

Leslie’s cabin was very clean and tidy, location is very peaceful and close to private beach.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway at Cara’s place! The place was extremely nice and cozy with everything we could ask for. The location was great, only 10 mins away from Arrowhead Provincial park, 15 mins away from all the restaurants in downtown Muskoka. The bed was also super comfortable. We had great sleep there. Overall, it truly exceeded our expectations and we would love to go back in the future!

My mom and I had an amazing time staying at this cozy cottage. The sunset view was stunning. We loved George and Bay too!! They are so adorable and friendly.Laurie was very welcoming and helpful especially when my mom fell off from the kayak and got into water. Laurie saved her life!! I would like to say thank you to Sarah for providing me and my partner a fantastic place to stay during Thanksgiving weekend. She is really supportive and always responds in time. All information about the cabin were detailed written down on the guidance, which helps us a lot in our trip. As well, the room is clean and comfortable enough, all devices like AC, Hot water, TVs. etc are runs well. Will absolutely book again next time when we visit!

We stayed at the Stillwater Cottages over the thanksgiving long weekend and the location and tiny house are just perfect. Amazing place if you are looking for some peace and quiet and want to be close to nature. We absolutely loved it! Thanks so much.

Amazing place for a short holiday.

The cabin is super cozy, very clean and warm and the futon was surprisingly comfy. Aesthetics are important to me and this was a beautifully curated place that felt very calm in a super peaceful environment. Allie reached out a few days before our arrival letting me know about the park permit pass, and that some parks require advanced booking... I'm so glad about this since Algonquin was sold out sa/su during the long weekend. So we got to go on our last day. They also have a great guide for doing things around the area and we got our THanksgiving meal take out at a local restaurant which was recommended in the guide. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog too, sit around the fire and have a lovely, romantic getaway. We had a great time and visited several provincial parks during our stay. THank you so much for having us!

My wife and I had a wonderful time . The cottage was perfect for the two of us . The fishing was great and it’s such a beautiful spot . We brought our boat, there is a marina close by , the people there were so friendly we were able to park our car for the whole time at the marina and just come back and forth to the cottage with the boat . It was a a relaxing trip cottage has everything you need . Only tip is to bring all ur food and drink that you want, town is about a half hour drive but if you’re going in the summer months the marina has some essentials . We would definitely book again ! Very nice place!! Smaller than I thought it was going to be, but still big enough for the 4 of us! It was very clean, and had everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
