Cottage holiday rentals in Muskiz

Host and their family went out of their way to assist us. Together we looked through our trip itinerary and made additional suggestions where appropriate. They helped us when we broke down with a flat tire communicating with the rental car company to get us a new rental and tow truck. Our last day we thought we had left some items at the rental after we had checked out and they went back to open the house up to allow us to get back inside and find our items. Very friendly. The house was great and overlooks a valley with the towns below. We were visited by cows and sheep and all the snails and slugs natural to the area. After hiking, biking, and visiting the surrounding towns it was a nice relaxing spot to come back to. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended. We spent two nights, a group of 8 friends. The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated, has all the details. We were very pleased, and looking forward to repeating.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. One of my best experiences ever . Irati was absolutely superb from start to finish an excellent communicator and nothing was too much bother . The cottage was delight ful and the scenery was amazing . She even organised our taxi in and out of the city not to mention booking our tables at the restaurants we ate in . Out of 10 I would give her 11

We're so glad we spent those days there. It was very relaxing, beautiful place. The welcome was really warm. The house is as described and very convenient. We are really happy. Small bonus for roommate with these two wouhs wouhs and these 4 ducks 😍

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! We have been staying in the La Niña house 6 people and it was an unbeatable stay. The house is in a rural environment in the middle of nature where you can enjoy very nice views and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city but in turn it is also close to the most touristic places in the area. The house is very cozy and offers all the necessary services and is as seen in the photos and description. Álvaro as host has taken care at all times that our stay was the best and to resolve all our doubts before and during the stay in the house. I recommend it 100%.

Wow, what great house. The location is absolutely stunning in a little village with beautiful mountain views. The house itself is great—they’ve done a great job renovating and the whole thing feels very new and fresh and clean. A perfect place for a peaceful escape. Great communication as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant place to stay, 40 mins from Bilbao, nice and quiet countryside location, the next village has a couple of bars and restaurants and a really nice bakery.. Alberto’s house was beautiful, I will definitely be back in the future… even message me the best ways to get to Bilbao stadium and home on European cup final night..

The house is very spacious, modern and with all amenities. There is space left over for 9 people. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. It is in a valley that has a very nice car route. Next door is a farm and they let the kids see how they milked the cows. Emelina was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will repeat if I go back to this area.

The house was impeccable, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The environment is beautiful, there is a lot of peace and tranquility, and it has spectacular views. Laura, the hostess, was attentive to whether we needed anything, and left us some sobaos and quesada as a welcome. We went with family and friends to spend the weekend and we wanted to spend more days there. In short, we felt right at home.

We spent a few days at Esmeralda's place and it couldn't have been better. The house is great, with everything you need; the location, perfect: surrounded by countryside and cows; and well communicated. Esmeralda super attentive to what we might need; and her lovely parents. Between all they have made our stay, some unbeatable days. Our enchanted children: they have allowed them to give bottles to the calves and with all the available field they have passed it phenomenal. On arrival they had left in the house several sweet details for the kids and us; and they gave us eggs from their chickens and fresh milk every morning. 100% recommended. We will definitely repeat more times. Of those places and people that are worth knowing.

We had a weekend with the family for Grandpa's birthday and we were all delighted. The surroundings are gorgeous with those green mountains and next to the forest trees, we enjoyed both the back patio and the front porch, we dined in the kitchen that it has fully equipped and comfortable. House equipped with barbecue and firewood that we enjoy a lot. Very comfortable beds and pillows, we sleep great. The upstairs bedroom room has some belux on the ceiling that we forgot to see if they could be closed before bed, it's a matter of asking. It has a magnifying glass and other nearby supermarkets where we bought what we had forgotten. We would definitely repeat

Myself and my extended family (including a toddler and a baby) stayed in Lucía's place for 5 nights. We loved it. Very spacious home with a nice private outdoor area. Also a covered outdoor dining area. The house was a very close walk to Mioño and about a 30 minute walk to Castro urdiales. There was plenty of parking outside the house. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax with your family that feels rural but is still close to amenities. We loved our stay

This house was absolutely breathtaking. Although it is not in a main city it is definitely close by and worth a stay. This place overlooks a beautiful vineyard and makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. The outdoor entertainment was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue that allows for wonderful nights enjoying your time. The views are incredible, the town is peaceful. Hosts were extremely kind, helpful and gave great recommendations.

The house was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The garden is very large and completely enclosed, ideal if you are traveling with a dog. The area is very quiet with good walks, without shops nearby. Entry and out times were very flexible. Johanna was always very attentive to our requests.

A wonderful accommodation in a beautiful environment. Really enjoyed the tranquility, the cottage and the surroundings. Upon arrival, the fireplace was already on and there was a delicious homemade cake ready and fresh eggs. Communicated well with the host using Google Translate.

Our stay was amazing. The place is great, in the middle of nature, an ideal and peaceful place to relax. A beautiful garden and a very chulo apartment. In addition, it is 10 minutes away from the beach. And what about Itziar, it's a charm, attentive to everything you ask for and even what you might need.
