Quiet accommodation located in the open countryside and surrounded by vineyards that is about 7 km from the sea (Marina di Cardedu, Museddu beach) and is equipped with large outdoor spaces, barbecue and swimming pool. The apartment consists of a living area and bathroom on the ground floor and two loft bedrooms, one double and one twin (the latter preferably used as a children's room due to a ceiling height of about 180 cm) equipped with air conditioning. Wifi, bed sheets and washing machine use included.

Licenza IUN Q0750 Ampio e confortevole monolocale Si trova in posizione centrale da quasi tutti i luoghi da visitare a Sud o a Nord. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. I mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. ci sono Tende Zanzariere anti insetti. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere della terrazza. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne . Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.

Simone was very nice, proactive, gave us many recommendations. Apartment was great, the beach was literally 20 metres from our house, so this is the biggest advantage of it. There were trees and roof outside, so we could stay outside, we enjoyed the stay very much with our little 10 month son.

The location was great, a lovely pool onsite, with sun loungers, umbrella's & small tables, and the beach a short walk away. The room (no. 9) was on the first floor with 2 balconies, one to the rear, which caught the afternoon sun and one to the side, which had the sun all day. The kitchen had the basic essentials, fine as were were not planning to cook. Good fridge space, with a small freezer. There are restaurants in walking distance, with an even better selection a short drive away. The quality of the onsite Restaurant L'Orgasmo del Gusto (Pizzeria La Svolta on Google Maps) offer a good selection of high quality food, with a 10% discount for residents. All the restaurants we visited were excellent, and we would return to them. The area is a Foodies' Heaven. All the staff were very helpful, Roberto the head waiter, the Reception staff Laura, Melisa & Giode. A special thank you to Laura, who we had the most assistance from. Sardinia is a hidden gem of the Mediterranean.

I would highly recommend staying at Maurizio and Laura’s place. The rooms were clean,comfortable and spacious. Very homely and a good location. Most of all they were very friendly and extremely helpful with their advice and great recommendations. Definitely made our stay so much better.

The house has a very nice terrace and we had nice company by cute cats. The house was very clean and the communication uncomplicated and friendly. The beach can be reached in 7 minutes by car and we also found a pretty path on foot.

Fabio is a really friendly and very responsive host, although we unfortunately could not meet him in person. You get entrusted with this fully equipped private house as if you were from your family. Perfect in sun and wind as well as in the evening with starry skies: the almost fully covered terrace with great views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Swimming and snorkeling right between the rocks under the garden with no problem access to the water. Top sand beach Foxi-Manna a walk far and with nice bars. Visited very little in the first days of October. Fabio's extensive tips (beaches, restaurants, etc.) were very valuable. You have everything you need for a truly private holiday. We did some excursions. For this, you have to drive from the scenic cauldron of the marina towards Tertenia. There connection to the north-south connection. Thanks to Fabio!
