Holiday rentals with beach access in Muscat

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. I'd like also to thank Waleed for being so helpful... in general, the flat is gorgeous and can't recommend it enough.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment boasts a stunning sea view, which was a delightful treat every morning. We stayed for 9 nights, and each day confirmed that we had made the perfect choice. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Spacious accommodation in an residential area, very typical and quiet. It's a little difficult to find the place, but the host was available to guide us over the phone. Great value for money Only negative note: few dishes

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

We booked very last minute and Arshad was very accommodating. He was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating to any of our requests. We felt very at home and would gladly book again!

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

What we hated? The moment we had to leave the apartment to get back to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. The beautiful beach of Qurum Beach is reachable after a good jog, a huge busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and calm is guaranteed! We loved staying in Lisa’s place. I was struck from the very beginning how clean everything was! What a delight to be out on the balconies and listen to the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. You definitely feel like you are in an authentic space, nestled in between the water and the craggy mountains, the sound of children’s laughter in the streets below, youth playing football in their bare feet in the evenings and families down on the beach. What a lovely little corner of the earth! There were some plumbing issues that I’m assured Lisa will attend to now they were brought to her attention.
