Holiday rentals with a patio in Murrayville

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Thank you so much, Wendy & Jeff!

Really enjoyed the location and view. Comfortable linens and bed. Host was friendly and helpful. Walkable to downtown. Parking easy. Would recommend a noise machine due to some nighttime noise.

We love Erika's place. This is our 2nd stay and we have already booked a 3rd. It's neat and clean. The bed is comfy. She provides towels, linens, soap, and shampoo. It's easy to access the entire island by bicycle. Lots of recommendations in her book. It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Our favorite vacation spot.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

We came to visit from Ohio to go to a family wedding and our stay was absolutely amazing! It was so perfect for our family that I want to book a fall trip and stay there again! Julian was terrific, they even came to personally deliver us a package out of the mailbox that UPS put in there by mistake! So nice of them to go above and beyond! They sent us the access code early and made sure we were there safe, had all of the WiFi info and that we didn’t have any questions s or need any help with anything! Truly great hosts! Not to mention, the place was just remodeled and is beautifully done! We really enjoyed are time there, so much so we booked an extra day which was approved right away and so easy to do! I couldn’t recommend this stay any more and we will be visiting again very soon!

A Perfect Stay in Carolina Beach! This was hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Truly spotless from top to bottom. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort really made this Airbnb stand out. The location was just as impressive: the beach was just the right distance away…an easy walk, but far enough that it stayed peaceful and quiet. They even provided a beach chair and umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days super relaxing. Plus, while the Airbnb isn’t smack in the middle of the tourist hustle, it’s just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. That balance made it easy to enjoy everything without dealing with constant crowds. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place in Carolina Beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back if in the area!

We stayed here because my house got flooded, and I instantly felt at peace. The house is so cozy and felt just like home. Everything I needed was right there and I was so thankful to be in the space while I couldn’t be at my own house. Molly always responded quickly and was very helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Stephen was the perfect host! He messaged us to make sure there were no problems with checking in and let us know to reach out with any questions. The house was wonderful! So welcoming and we instantly felt very comfortable there. Loved how the house was decorated. The yard was perfect for our puppies and we really enjoyed having coffee out on the deck. Will definitely be coming back!

Ryan's listing was perfect for our family. Just off the beaten path in a quiet small neighborhood. The private fenced in back yard was a plus. The Wrightsville was just a few minutes away. The arboretum was just a walk down the street. My wife and daughters really enjoyed walking to it and visiting. The place was clean with lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Great quite neighborhood. Worked well having a yard for our 2 young kids. Owner was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Eli was wonderful upon meeting for the keys. He was an incredible help as well as extremely accommodating, even going as far as gifting wine and muffins upon our arrival! We look forward to booking The Cottage for future trips!!

loved the house and attention to detail. it was very clean and we couldn't tell that people had checked out the morning we checked in. Dena was very responsive, check in & out were super easy, and the neighborhood was very cute - we even saw some chickens on our walk! would definitely stay here again, although I would bring my own high chair and pack & play. bug spray and a little shade is needed for the backyard

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was how kid-friendly it was – the high chair and kids utensils and plates were great. The outdoor space was fantastic, providing the perfect spot for relaxing and playing. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and easy getaway!

We had such a great stay!!! This house is in an amazing location so close to Wrightsville Beach. The house offers so many comfortable rooms to sleep in and has an amazing backyard with the pool and yard space to have fun and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

A great place for two people in a perfect location for walking to the nightlife around the historic Wilmington area and waterfront. Clean and comfortable inside and the balcony provides a wonderful view of the Cape Fear river and battleship!

We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.
