It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. All facilities operate seamlessly, and the location offers effortless accessibility and generous spaces, thank you so much we got the most amazing weekend

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Beautiful home, great location, clean and tidy and had 5 seperate beds which was a rare find in the area. The pool was a lovely touch. The host was very friendly and communicated so well. We had a stress free stay there with no issues whatsoever. Thank you Tara!

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

Awesome place for a family getaway, lots of activities around and inside the house

Excellent home for our family gathering. Sally is a generous host with a few nice surprises in addition to the basic staples. Very well laid out accommodation and the pool area was a real bonus. Lovely modern beach style decor in keeping with the location close to the ocean. Highly recommend.

First time using air bnb, and we were so lucky to of had Sue as our first host. She’s so sweet, welcoming and friendly, the house was perfect, exceptionally clean and comfortable. She already had milk, chocolate, little jams and Vegemite, all the packets of cereals including teas, coffee, sugar and not to mention a fresh loaf of bread and fruit. Beds were super comfy and so was the lounge my husband fell asleep on multiple times, the veranda was massive with a large table and chairs, the view was just spectacular right on the water with its own jetty. Would definitely recommend to anyone, would most definitely be there again Thanks again Sue for having us xXx

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

We loved this place with so many outdoor options and green spaces. It is very close to the beach and a short distance to a lake. The hosts were accommodating and helpful.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! I had a great stay at this apartment! It was cozy, very clean, and well-furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—close to everything. The hosts were wonderful—very nice people, always ready to help and make sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Chain Valley bay. The house was everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. Doreen was very easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information in the guest book for things to do. We loved our stay.

This is the second time we've stayed at Greg's place. Always a big group and we find the house ideal for us. We love the kitchen and cooked up a feast with all the available utensils. Relaxing afterwards in the Spa was the cherry on the top. Greg is incredibly responsive and we know the house will be spotless with all the extras such as linen, towels, good working appliances and a well stocked fridge etc Can't recommend Greg highly enough

My family and I had a wonderful time at this absolutely stunning home. Check in was easy. The house is really clean and there is all of the essential items needed for self service living. Andrew the host is amazing! Always so quick to respond and was really helpful throughout our entire stay at his home. I highly recommend this place to stay if you are needing a quiet getaway. The lake is a lovely short walk away and the local shopping complex is a few minutes drive. Ideal location, luxurious home and friendly host all in one!

Bradley’s gorgeous lakeside guest house was exactly as described and even BETTER than the pictures! Easy to find, free of clutter, modern design, absolutely stunning unobstructed views of the lake - that is literally metres from the open planned modern patio! Secure and safe, the modern bathroom and kitchen were great amenities. Our small furry four-legged friend enjoyed the stay that my husband and I had planned. Bradley was so prompt with his messages, and the bottle of wine, milk + restaurant recommendation was icing on the cake. We will definitely come and visit again soon!

One of the best Airbnb's visited. Amazing, cozy, well maintained house with all the amenities. Tons of board games and fun activities available. Kathryn is really supportive and helpful. Looking forward to visit again.
