Andrea was a wonderful host! The suite was a great place to stay and we had a great time. Andrea was always there to accommodate any requests we had and was very communicative the whole time. I would recommend this listing to others as well!

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Travis‘s place was centrally located in Park slope, and a very quick walk to the subway station. We loved the area. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well stocked. Travis was attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The place was nice and clean, the area was quiet with lots of street parking too. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

Vered the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive from the first minute we spoke. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and in a very nice neighbourhood. The area is also safe and very close to the airport and away from the business of the borough. I'll be staying there in the future again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Apartment was extremely comfortable, well laid out and lots of great amenities, like kitchen accessories, pool, and comfy beds. Very clean too! Haithum was a great communicator and super responsive. Perfect place for us to get to multiple points on the island.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tia’s airbnb. The apartment was clean, tidy, well-stocked with essentials (and more), and located in the cutest UES neighborhood. The amenities in her apartment are not typical for other new york apartments, including a large kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, etc. There are very accessible subway stops and bus stop nearby as well, with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe during my entire stay. It quickly felt like home to me. Tia is also such a lovely host, even letting me check in hours in advance because my flight got in early. Can’t say enough good things about her and her apartment. Will definitely rebook the next time I’m in New York!

Great stay in the heart of Hoboken, very reasonably priced compared to most listings in the area

Outstanding location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Midtown, and made the most of being able to walk everywhere! The place is extremely compact, as described in the listing, but we managed to squeeze our family in with the bunk beds and clever use of space. It is a challenge without natural light or a window with an outlook, but if you are using this pad to simply rest and sleep then it's perfect. The small kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast and snacks, etc and the table in the small kitchen area folds out to seat 3-4 people. The host was very well organised and responsive, and friendly, with excellent local tips and kindly assisted when I locked my keys in the apartment. We also appreciated the late check-in option due to flight schedules. I'd certainly recommend if you want a good value-for-money place in NYC with an excellent central location and reliable host.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. He went above and beyond in helping us with our Amazon packages that came while we were out. Place itself matches description and is a brisk walk to the train for service to the rest of NYC and Manhattan. Area itself is quiet but not much around if you are looking for a scenic place to stay. Overall worth the price and a good choice if you are commuting to NYC.

Victor’s place is very comfortable, it has everything that a traveler would require. Victor was very flexible with our booking, as we shortened our trip last minute. He also accommodated our requests for check in and checkout. This kind of hospitality is rare and highly recommend his spot. The space is clean, and has all the amenities needed. Definitely going to book this spot if available next time in NYC..

Nice place , peaceful neighborhood and close to the metro

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. Everything was great, the place was spotless and check in was easy peasy. Wonderful wonderful wonderful is all i can say!!

Great Location. A quite small space but enough for our needs as tourists. Overall, a very pleasent stay!
