Great side of the island to stay on, with easy walk along the beach to Castaways beachside restaurant for cocktails and dinner. And we really did spot whales from the balcony - though better view of them from the terrace area next to the beach

A Wonderful stay at the Rarotonga Villas in Nikao!! We had the villa on the far left end. Our hosts, Jo and Neville were absolutely the Best - helpful, friendly, super considerate to Mum's needs. The villa was comfortable and had a beautiful sea breeze coming through. The amenities are clean and modern. There is also a laundry facility available. Literally a few steps on to Nikao Beach - with beautiful sandy swimming spots. There is a 24hr mart a minute walk away. The bed layout can be altered to a two twin bed formation for convenience. A normal size fridge, stove top and fully-kitted out kitchen was a treat. There are outdoor benches, lounge chairs, bean bags for lounging. They also had kayaks - but swimming/snorkelling in the crystal clear lagoon was Sublime!! I would 💯 recommend for a stay - and would love to stay here again when we return to Raro 🤞🏾

We had the most wonderful time at Jacinda & Franz’s heavenly Air BnB in gorgeous Arorangi Beach. It was the absolutely perfect getaway for us and our 8 year old daughter. Comfortable, clean, and spacious accommodation with a private pool in the most beautiful spot, with the loveliest of hosts. Too many highlights to list, but watching the sun rise over the mountains from the deck as we ate our breakfast, and watching it set in the evenings while taking a dip in the sea on the private beach - alongside beautiful doggies Poppy and Caesar, were unforgettable. Thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable and perfect. We’re already planning our return trip!

After booking accommodation ,Dorisse made contact with me with a welcoming message and offered to give any recommendations / advice as it was our first time visiting the island. Dorisse greeted us at the airport to show us to our accommodation even though we had a hire car. We arrived very early in the morning and Dorisse very kindly had our accommodation ready to check in earlier. Dorisse was very responsive to all communications. Dorisse was lovely and friendly and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed having our own space on her property. We felt very much at home and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody

Another wonderful stay at Sands Villas, we’ve always come back to these homes, location is amazing, houses are always perfect for our family. We made great use of the snorkel and kayak gear, such a bonus to be able to go straight out from the houses and always plentiful fish and sights to see. Our hosts were also very helpful to increase our accommodation as more and more whānau wanted to join us, thank you for also being so flexible with our group of 9.

Our stay at Rachel's property was nothing short of amazing! The property exuded a serene Balinese vibe; the lush gardens, wooden architecture & open-air spaces created the perfect oasis for relaxation. The photos simply don't do it justice—it was even more lovely in person. Rachel was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the thoughtful touches like fresh fruits from Elis, and a comprehensive guide to the area's best spots to visit. The house itself was well-suited for entertainment with an open layout, a well-equipped kitchen, & a cozy living room that made some of our time spent indoors (cyclone rainy season) a breeze. Though the rain didn't stop us from enjoying the infinity pool every day. Overall, we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Avaiki Nui Villa to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay. I would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Love cafe across the road had great coffee and free wifi. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Dorothea was a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great stay.

We have just returned from an 11 day stay at the Raro beach bach and we absolutely loved it! We travelled as a family group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen and two kids 6 & 4) We stayed in the main house and 1 studio. Great location. So much better in person! We found the property provided all that we needed and was well stocked. Bbq worked well, the property has mobile fans throughout the rooms. It was clean and tidy and well presented. Kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. The tv was a bonus to keep the kids busy while we planned our next activities and we could connect to Netflix, YouTube etc. The windows are covered by mosquito nets which was a relief. The out door seating area and table was a popular spot for us and we spent many late nights of laughter playing cards and yarning away while the kids slept. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Bathroom also clean. The outside area was clean and so beautiful, the views - amazing!!! We loved the beach! Yes rocky in spots but

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Del Sol. From the wonderful warm welcome from Joy and Arjay, who helped us in with luggage and showed us around the amazing villa's. The wonderful hosts and staff made our stay so amazing. The villa's are so private, calm and peaceful - it is a little slice of paradise on a magic island. The villa's are so well equipped, clean, and nestled in magic gardens. Nothing was a bother from the hosts - they gave us amazing notes about everything you could think of - including where to buy birthday cakes, where to dine and activities on the Island. We had an incredible stay at Casa Del Sol and hope that one day we will get to return. Thank you all for making our family holiday so special.

Greg's house is a great base to explore Rarotonga. It's comfortable, stylish and is right on the oceanfront. The location is not somewhere you can swim safely, although rockpools are interesting at low tide. The house has a lovely lap pool which is perfect for hot days and morning exercise. The roar of the waves is a constant backdrop, reminding you that you're in South Pacific paradise. The house is best suited to 2 couples with two large bedrooms, I feel, although our youngest son (18) was quite happy out in thel studio, but it is basic. We travelled with our two sons, and the flexibility that the house offered, rather than booking 2 rooms in a resort, was fantastic. Sitting on the deck at sunset, G & T in hand, was a daily highlight, such a privilege. The house is super quiet, in terms of any noise from neighbours, so very private and peaceful. The flat grassed garden to the side was great for our soccer-mad boys to kick a ball around for exercise. You absolutely need a car.

Omg! This place was absolute magic! I 🥰 I knew when I wanted to book somewhere for my 30th I wanted something exactly like this villa. It exceeded my expectations and more. Waking up to the most beautiful views everyday, to having easy access to the beach, kayaks, swim equipment etc. Having the most beautiful, friendly cleaners that greeted us everyday with a smile and always checking into see if we needed anything. Kiana pureau was the one who checked us in and she was just a beautiful soul, very helpful & gave us some experiences to try which we did & loved! Theirs nothing I can complain about, everything from check in to check out was a breeze! The villa made our whole holiday even more special & we will definitely be back again. 1000/1000 recommend this place!❤️

We loved Te-Manava so much, we will be coming back. The staff were excellent, was like a hotel. Vitiama was also so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. From booking tours, organising a taxi or dinner reservation, she was onto it immediately. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful spot and lovely 3 bedroom villa good size and very clean lovely views and the location was so quiet staff were very friendly the only disappointing things were dishwasher did not work properly and neither did the television but other than that we would definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed at Malina’s air BnB on our Honeymoon and could not have asked for a better place to stay! We booked our stay here very last minute due to our original accommodation falling through, Malina was so accommodating to our situation and totally put my mind at ease. Our whole stay at the air BnB was exactly what we were after, it was quiet, private and had everything we could possibly need (the beautiful pool was definitely a highlight!). We are forever grateful to Malina for making our honeymoon as perfect as we could have hoped. We will definitely be back and could not recommend this stay more to other people considering it!!

Such a beautiful house near the heart of town. The house was accurately described and awesome place to spend a week. Communication was slow but when eventually answered informative. Highly recommend to others

Great home, close to airport. We hired a scooter, which was great. I wouldn't walk down the long driveway at night, just because of the dogs, they can get territorial. However, that being said, if you are on a bike, scooter, or car, you will be fine. It is a seldom occurrence in our experience. The host was amazing, she really went above and beyond. The pool is inviting, the home is spotless. Aircon in bedrooms is great. The fully fenced home is very private. This home, and the host Anita deserve 5 stars, we recommend this place to other guests.

Our host was super communicative and kind! Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Had an issue with Aircon at first but Di, allowed us to switch villas and had no problems there after! Lovely stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay at Muri Beach Resort. Great location, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We especially loved the breakfast at Nautilus in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing house! The view was incredible and the location fantastic for accessing Muri Lagoon and local resorts and restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay in the beautiful Cook Islands.

My wife & I stayed at Joy & John's wonderful beachfront villa for 12 days and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Joy is an absolute dream host and such a lovely person and even organised transfers to and from the airport for us. She even drove us to the other side of the island one night which is no big deal but she didn't have to! The villa is very spacious, clean, airy, fully equipped with all you could possibly need, a view to die for and only a handful of steps to the beach/lagoon. The kayaks and snorkelling equipment were well used and a great bonus. Only a two minute walk from a great little coffee stand (almost daily visit!) and close to many great eateries including the night market for some incredible food. Regularly walked along the beach to many of the nearby hotels and bars on the beach. Couldn't possibly have asked for anything more from this villa, absolute perfection and it made my 50th birthday all the more special. Thank you Joy & John
