Very nice accommodation and garden, as in the photos. We felt right at home. It is rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is simply a dream, the porch swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the amenities were great, everything you need was there. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was still a bit chilly in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But there's not really room for a sofa. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cozy cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were there by car and could visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

Spent 4 nights here. There is nothing missing, except perhaps a pool. Great house with a beautiful veranda. It is a pity that the house beach (5 minutes' walk) is full of algae and is not maintained. The dog beach is unfortunately even worse. Without a car, you're stuck here. Bread rolls, sausages and drinks are available in the village at a small kiosk. Nearest Supermarket is in Foxi Manna (5 km), where the nearest beach is also located. Other beautiful beaches are 20-40 minutes' drive away. We would recommend the place. Owner always available.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for the great stay!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice view of the sea. Simple but functional equipment and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Baby bed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened twice in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything you may need is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a cot and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

We stayed in Tertenia for a week and had the most beautiful time. We were very warmly welcomed by Laura and Flavio and felt immediately welcome, the two are the favorite hosts. Check-in and all communication via Chiara went smoothly. To say goodbye, Laura baked us very tasty Sardinian sweets. The apartment has everything you need, very clean and especially the view from the terrace was fantastic. In a 30-minute walk you can reach the beach, we were there in the low season and even had parts of the beach to ourselves. From the apartment, countless hiking trails are within walking distance. We enjoyed the tranquility and nature very much. We also felt comfortable in the neighborhood. By car you can reach some shops and restaurants within 10 minutes, in 1-2 hours we made some excursions. All in all a very great recommendation, 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks! :)

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.
