Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

VACATION HOME with fireplace, 80 m to the lake

Our vacation home offers space for up to 4 people on 48 m². The guest house is only about 80 m from Lake Möhne and in the immediate vicinity of the beach (with sandy beach, sunbathing lawn, beach chairs). As a cyclist or hiker, our accommodation offers an ideal starting point for trips around the lake or hikes in the forest.

The guesthouse is located in the first row at Phönixsee on the top property. The prime location of the house, the separate entrance and the private garden make it very unique at Phönixsee, among other things. This special place is close to all the main points of interest, making it easy to plan your stay.
