Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem bequemen Bettsofa. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.

The nearest bus stop is just 200 metres away, from where Marl-Sinsen Train Station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn Station can be reached in a few minutes with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal. A bed is located in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.

The promenade, the historic town hall and the cathedral square with its legendary market, which takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, is only about 15 minutes walk away.
