Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, WiFi, Wama&Dryer as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels with children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

The train station can be reached by bus connection (lines 1,4,9). Street parking is available.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Innenseite des alten Befestigungswalls, der heute als Promenade die Stadt umgibt. So ist man im Grünen und gleichzeitig im Stadtzentrum. Zu Fuß sind es je 5 Minuten bis zum Aasee und Prinzipalmarkt.
