Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

All 4 sleeping options are in one room. For longer stays, the apartment is too small for four people. A seating area in the garden is available to guests alone.

The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

We offer an apartment on our small farm. The apartment is about 32 square meters, has a small kitchen (without stove) and a shower room……it is completely separate, with seating outside. The bus and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and it is about 20 minutes by bike to the city center. Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

Here you can chill out on the terrace after stimulating city and country visits. The studio is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and furry friends /pets.
