Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Take the whole family to this fantastic house that has plenty of space to have fun.
