Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

Fantastic property. We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very secure, we felt safe the entire time. Everything was as pictured, the house was very clean, the kitchen was not missing a thing which was fantastic. The host was easy to communicate with and was very friendly.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Thank you for everything, Mauro and Vladimira, and not forgetting, Mandy the cat!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Fui muito bem recebida na casa. Comunicação clara e rápida. Casa ampla e com uma super mesa cheia de lanchinhos, frutas, coca, leite, café! Muito bom pra quem chega de uma longa viagem e está cansada para sair. Achei a cama confortável, tudo limpo. Perto do aeroporto com transporte deixando perto e para voltar para o aeroporto o Pau me levou de carro cedinho. Uma simpatia! Recomendo muito!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend my last night in Italy. Luigi went above and beyond to ensure arrival and check in was smooth, place was spotless and beds very comfortable. Shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Great value for money. Pictures reflect actual place which was wonderful.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Abbiamo denominato la location di Daniela "Il nostro posto nel mondo", un connubio perfetto di poesia.. di arte.. di melodia.. di profumi.. di energia che riempie il cuore e la vista. Lei è energia e vitalità allo stato puro e la sua dimora la descrive in pieno.. siamo stati coccolati.. riempiti di ottimi consigli su dove trascorrere le ns cene e i ns aperitivi.. ma il posto del cuore è la casa e quei meravigliosi tramonti che non potete perdere.. questo è un arrivederci.. GRAZIE di tutto perché hai reso questa vacanza una incredibile avventura.. è stato come vivere in un film :)

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Mia mamma ha soggiornato nell’appartamento di Gabriele per 12 giorni. Non avremo potuto chiedere di meglio. L’appartamento è stato da poco completamente rinnovato. Luminosissimo e splendidamente arredato. Dotato di una terrazza con vista acquedotti romani meravigliosa. La casa pulitissima è dotata di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati semplicemente deliziosi, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento! Noi faremo ritorno in autunno!
