This was our absolute favorite Airbnb place in all of Italy, and we stayed at 5 different places during a 10 day trip. There are lots of places to stay in Ostia. Book this one now. You will thank yourself when you get here! The place is beautiful. Nice view with visible water from the cute and good sized balcony. Very spacious and modern. Great air conditioning. Drinkable kitchen water. Comfortable bed and even extra pillows. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and easy beach and pier access. Christian also booked us a van to get to the airport last minute. He’s such a kind and enthusiastic host. Best stay in all of Italia. Buon viaggio!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

I am very satisfied with the stay. Nicola was an exceptional host: always kind, helpful and ready to help us with any need. The apartment was clean, tidy and well cared for, just like in the photos. We felt really welcome!

I had such a wonderful stay at Antonella’s place. The condo is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. I felt right at home. There are lemon trees in the front yard, and an apricot tree that hangs over the balcony, which made the view even more special. The location is super convenient, with a grocery store right across the street, great restaurants nearby, and a beach just 20 minutes away. Transportation is very easy and it only takes about an hour to get to Rome. Antonella and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming and even offered me a ride to the airport, which I truly appreciated. Communication was smooth and everything was just as described. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit. Highly recommend!

Isabella was kind and responsive to all our questions, constantly assisting us throughout our stay. The apartment is very nice and well-kept, it is located on the waterfront a few steps from restaurants, ice cream parlors, beaches and various services. We highly recommend this excellent solution for holidays and business trips.

The accommodation is very spacious, and with enough facilities to get there and move around even with a baby and suitcases, Gigi is too receptive and a very good host, we loved the place, we visited Ostia beach and it is certainly a must-see place, we fell in love, 100% recommended

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated. My wife and I immediately felt good there. Stefania welcomed us with a smile worthy of a flight attendant. She had prepared some very nice little gifts for us (cold drinks, sweets, first breakfast offered, subway ticket for the first day). The accommodation has a very useful sheltered parking lot for our car that allows you to reach Rome by parking at EUR Fermi and continuing by metro. We had a great time and highly recommend this place. Thanks again to Stefania and her husband Vincenzo who are adorable.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

The property was exactly as described. The front room faces the street and was loud with street noise but that diminished greatly. The bedroom was ultra quiet. Great location for walking the city. Lucia is an awesome host and helped make it easy for us. Highly recommend.

The apartment is lovely, bigger than we thought from the photos. It overlooks a big courtyard/garden and is amazingly quiet considering the location -- so close to the Trevi Fountain and all the surrounding tourist activity (we were there in June.) It was a real oasis when we returned from all the activities of our stay. We really enjoyed it!

Paola is an excellent host (5 star ⭐ plus). The apartment is the best Air B&B, I have ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, has all the amenities required, great transport links including shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone going to visit Rome. It’s also conveniently located to the Vatican City and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
