Holiday rentals with breakfast in Municipio Roma X

I stayed 4 days at Veronica’s place and it felt just like home. It’s 10min away from the Fiumicino airport by bus and the bus station is very close-by. There are great seafood restaurants nearby the place, at a walkable distance. I also thought the place was clean and had a nice layout. I highly recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport!

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to airport and good restaurants

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento ampio e comodo. Molto ben posizionato per le connessioni. Il quartiere è popolato da un'insolito (per me) gruppo di pappagalli verdi che volano e vivono come piccioni tra gli alberi dei viali e giardini. Fulvio comunica in maniera veloce e precisa. È stato tutto facile.

We stayed one night in between flights and this was perfect. The host arranged transportation to/from airport which was very helpful. Cute apartment right on the beach. We didn't get to explore much, but they offered recommendations and had bicycles we could use if we had stayed longer. Thank you!

Most amazing hosts! Paola and Sophia were so helpful and wonderful in aiding us on our trip adjustment when we encountered a train strike - accompanying us through the 1.5 hour queue. Their care and thoughtfulness as airbnb host were clearly evident in the setup of the apartment - from drinks, breakfast, snacks, toiletries, and all sort of household items that holidayers might ever need. This is the most well-set airbnb i had ever stayed and I am most impressed. Well done, ladies! Would highly recommend!

Sharon’s place was as beautiful. The ac was so good and it was helpful because the weather was hot. Actually too good! The place was immaculate. It was relatively quiet and that helps for when you’re ready to relax and settle in. There was only a downside of accessing it through public transportation. The busses running were not the easiest to board and the route times aren’t accurate. The room can be accessed through taxi cabs, but each trip is about 38. If you are staying for a few days the location is perfect, but if you’re looking to tour the city then keep that in mind. Taxi cabs are less than a 10 min drive to the airport and train that can take you into Rome. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and cool down, this is the place.

très bel appartement à proximité immédiate du stade olympique très bien desservi par les transports Francesco est un hote très agréable et proactif nous avons beaucoup échangé par message pour les restaurants et il est d une grande écoute

A estadia com o Carlo, foi perfeita. O quarto aconchegante, e a limpeza extremamente impecável. A região maravilhosa, com boas comidas ao redor caso não queira ir pro centro de Roma, mas caso queira o transporte público é a 5min da hospedagem. Uma maravilha.

Maria Grazia è una di quelle persone che conosci e già sai che ti resterà nel cuore per sempre. Romana de Roma, ti accoglie a casa e non ti fa sentire come un ospite ma come un amico. Sempre disponibile, dispensa consigli utilissimi per gli spostamenti, per le cose particolari da vedere e per i cibi della tradizione da assaporare. Spazio comune per colazione ed eventuali pasti da consumare molto pulito ed accogliente, bagno impeccabile e camera con affaccio su giardino privato dove si possono anche fare pranzo o cena in totale privacy e riparati dal caldo. Insomma, tutto perfetto ma la vera differenza si chiama Maria Grazia!

La camera in cui ho soggiornato è in un appartamento di 3 camere. La mia aveva il bagno interno. Arredata con gusto e accessoriata di tutto. Pulita e curata, con tv wi-fi e sistema di condizionamente. Ho trovato in camera anche alcuni prodotti senza glutine per la colazione, visto che sono celiaca. Check in e check out senplici, con possibilita di lasciare i bagagli prima o dopo a seconda degli orari di arrivo e partenza. Riccardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato indicazioninsia per i luoghi da visitare che i locali in cui mangiare. Consigliato a pieni voti!

Gianluca host veramente gentile e impeccabile, dalla prenotazione al nostro arrivo. Casa con spazi studiati molto bene, organizzata e molto ben pulita. Zona molto tranquilla e posizione strategia per girare. Accoglienza top da parte di Gianluca e Peach, torneremo sicuramente.

We hebben 6 heerlijke dagen hier gehad in Rome, vlak bij het Vaticaan en te midden van restaurants en prachtige gebouwen en musea. De host was zeer vriendelijk, gaf tal van tips en als we vragen hadden was hij altijd beschikbaar en bereikbaar

What an incredible stay! Elizabeth is a warm, helpful host and you feel like family the moment you come to her house. Neat, comfortable house with everything you can ask for right next to the Vatican. Also amazing coffee and breakfast every morning. I'd love to stay there again if I get the chance. Highly recommend !
