Our 4-night stay was fabulous. Our two-bedroom lodging was lovely, and the picturesque grounds surrounding Crumlin Park House are beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful— yet Galway is just a 30-minute drive away. Maura and John are friendly and helpful hosts. I highly recommend staying here.

Marshall’s place is incredibly beautiful. It was the perfect place for three couple to stay. Marshall met us and gave us a quick tour of the place. She is super nice! Marshall’s place is an easy drive into Galway. I would highly recommend this place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Es war urgemütlich und das Bett war das beste was wir bis jetzt auf unsere 2 wöchigen Irlandreise hatten. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen lieben Dank 🙋‍♀️

We had a very peaceful and relaxing few days at Greg and Annie’s beautiful place in the trees on Mountshannon. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, their knowledge and enthusiasm for the area were an encouragement, to explore more than just our main objective (which was to visit Holy Island Inis Cealtra on Loch Derg). Also… best shower ever!

2nd time staying here, which says everything. Tranquil, beautiful place, amazing hosts, great accommodations, just a spectacular stay. We’ll be back again, and hopefully again after that!

Liebevolles gemütliches Cottage, ländlich gelegen. Muireann ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über die Süßigkeiten und Spielsachen gefreut. Zu empfehlen!

We loved our stay here! First, the house was so clean and comfortable, and it had everything we could have needed. The place was very peaceful as well as a great location for driving around exploring the beautiful area. James was friendly and responsive, and he gave us great recommendations. We basically followed the itinerary he suggested for our couple days visit and it was perfect. We also recommend the nearby farmer’s market. A great first trip to Ireland!

We felt right at home, it was peaceful and we enjoyed the stay. It was a family gathering therefore price compared to other places was really good, commuting easy. Thank you! x

The cabin was spotless and the location was spectacular, Mary and her sister Breeta were a pleasure to deal with. The cabin and the views were amazing, we spent it as a couple and with friends but it is ideal for family break also would love to go back highly recommend it.

Irene's place is a hidden gem- walkable distance to a fabulous local gastropub, it was just what we were looking for, and Irene couldn't have been a better host!

Beautiful nicely decorated cozy chalet with a lot of amenities to keep you comfortable. Mary Anne and Peadar were lovely hosts who also made sure that we had a beautifully lit christmas tree and decorations for the festive season and made sure we stayed well stocked up with wood pellets for the stove fire to keep warm for the cold winter nights. Thank you for the perfect stay.

What an enchanting place! Proper home from home. I absolutely loved my stay here. Peaceful, everything you need. I was also left a cheeseboard and biscuits, milk & cookies 🍪. Super comfy, loved playing the records every evening, especially Bob Marley 👌🏼 100% superb. I’m not sure how it could be improved?! 💝

Such a lovely place for a quick break with swallows swooping and sheep bleating. Everything about The Stables was as described and easy to access and use. We felt relaxed and at home immediately. Good mix of things to see and do in the locality and further afield.

We had a wonderful stay here. Loved meeting Sadie and her family and many friendly animals. The barn was decorated beautifully, felt cosy and chic. Lots of personal touches which were a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked and access to a lovely garden. Everything was super clean and lots of amenities such as soap, shampoo hair dryer etc. Such a peaceful stay!

Please stay here ❤️ Martha greeted us in person, walked us through the home’s s functionality and gave us time to ask questions about the area and gave helpful responses that made our vacation that much more special. By her recommendation, we used Aran Island Ferries in Galway to visit Inis Mór island (and their unfenced cliffs). Also, seaside views of the Cliffs of Moher. Touristy, yes. But a €55 ferry ride + a badass críu (prepare yourself for seasickness & sit in the back of the boat) & €25 guided van tour with an informative driver who provided opportunities for photos and roaming was TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Her space was hard to say goodbye to. So comfortable for 4 friends. Beautiful and private. Check out time on a Sunday was 12pm ( easier to leave unstressed). 30 minutes or less to Galway, but there were even beautiful walking areas a few minutes away along Galway Bay. Martha even took the time to reach out and ask how our visit was after we’d checked out. Complete kindnes

Ian and Catherine made us feel welcome and the house and surroundings were exactly like the photos. Informative on best take outs to use and even offered to take us to the pub instead of getting a taxi. Very friendly and check out time was flexible.

Alison was a great host! She gave us the insider info on the best things to do. The place was gorgeous and we were welcomed with snacks and a smile.

Ruhig, gemütlich, großzügig und sauber. Sogar eine Fuchsfsmile konnten wir in einiger Entfernung vom Küchenfenster aus ausmachen.

We loved our stay here. The cottage was immaculate, all the amenities provided were perfect. We felt very spoilt with the treats our host left us. Only a 15 min drive in to Galway yet we felt like we were in the countryside. So peaceful! Would highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Vincent was a perfect host and always available if required. The property is spotless clean and in an idyllic location and central to the most beautiful locations around Connemara. The peace, quiet and tranquility of the area was fabulous and exactly what we needed for our break away. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to switch off, relax and enjoy peace and quiet and a beautiful beach. I’ll definitely be back again as soon as my next work break arises as it’s heavenly.

I stayed with my mom and two aunts at the cottage. It is so beautiful and a great location in Salthill. We could easily walk down the street for meals and views. We also were able to take the scenic walk to Galway. The host was very responsive when we had questions about using the dryer. We would absolutely stay again
