Carr’s on Clarke is a 3 bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accomodation for a family getaway, girls weekend or couples escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the option of 2 king single beds in our upstairs loft or a Super King sized bed options. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Our home is a 5 minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

Rose End House has bean divided into 2 apartments. It is the front apartment that will be your home away from home. The lounge room has three long windows facing the private front garden, BBQ, outdoor setting and a lovely shady tree. It has two comfortable lounges facing each other which makes for easy conversation or a movie night. A television doubles as beautiful art. Please feel free to search through the hundreds of art options and change it. ( If my taste doesn't suite you. )

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

This self-contained flat is in a lovely quiet location in Tuggeranong. It is fully furnished with a kitchen and all the things you need to have a relaxing stay. It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.

All Seasons holiday home

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.

The location was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer. Anyone with mobility issues (I have a bad knee) be aware of 2 steps from lounge to hall and kitchen when constantly moving around the lovely large home. The super comfortable king bed was divine after a long day of travel.

Our stay at Dorothy’s Butterfly cottage was so relaxing, peaceful and cosy, the Beds were so comfortable and made perfectly for the winter weather, very toasty. We had a wonderful getaway in Tumut we were in a walkable distance to the Main Street, local pubs, restaurants and shops. The surrounding walks by the river and to the lookout were very beautiful in winter. Even better we could bring our dogs along to enjoy our family time. We made some beautiful family memories here and would book again in a heart beat

Grant's offering was absolutely perfect. Including myself, we were a team of 4 guys who performed a renovation at a local childcare centre in Tumut. Because of the duration of time we stayed (2 weeks), it was important that we had our own private sleeping quarters and a kitchen that was large enough for us to not be walking on top of each other. This house absolutely catered for our needs and more. Thankyou Grant
