Holiday rentals with a patio in Mullion

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The place is exactly as described. It is within walking distance of train station, shops and pubs. Extra nice touch of leaving a note and use of cushions and blanket for our trip to the Minack theatre, which was perfect. Also contacted us post departure as had left a charger behind which is being posted to us.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Very peaceful with use of a section of the garden and a lovely conservatory looking out over it. Short walk to the Coast Path at Rinsey Cove. Short drive to the Lizard and also to Mousehole and the surrounding area. Great views from the bedroom. Appreciated the generous Welcome Pack. Kitchen well-equipped, although you might find it useful to bring a chopping board and kitchen scissors. Good selection of books to browse and read. Also good information on walks.

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

Had a brilliant stay . Accommodation was excellent , clean and as described. Perfect location for Fistral beach we didn’t use the car at all whilst there - we walked or used local taxis (reasonable). Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Loved staying at Boswhidden! Super clean accommodation, comfy bed, lots of space, everything I needed in the kitchen. View across the bay was a delight to see every morning. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a 2 minute walk to Tesco. Conveniently located off the St Ives road so super easy to find. Mandy was really friendly and communicated well, checking everything was ok when I arrived but never overbearing or intrusive. She even made sure the welcome biscuits and milk were suitable for my dietary. Would absolutely recommend Boswhidden and would return myself.

Corri’s cottage is fabulous, beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to cook on the few evenings we didn’t eat out. Lovely garden with sofas/chairs to lounge on which we did get to enjoy despite some mixed weather. Mousehole is a perfect place to set off on some stunning costal walks which is what we spent our week doing. We also enjoyed dinner at 2 Fore Street, Mackerel Sky & the Tolcarne Inn.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We stayed 11 nights at Kerrie’s place and it was perfect. Great location just a few minutes walk from vibrant Porthleven and wonderful views from the rear terrace . Very well equipped and comfortable. Would certainly recommend! great views

We have had the most wonderful stay at Maryann’s AirBNB! Maryann has been nothing but a brilliant host, extremely helpful before the booking and during our stay and very responsive! The accommodation is perfect, extremely clean, so much space and in an amazing location, close to all main roads around Cornwall but also slightly remote meaning it was so peaceful! Highly highly recommended, there wasn’t one fault, we would love to come back again soon!

Very lovely little place to stay. Located close to so many lovely places in Cornwall to visit. The barn was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Dogs had a small enclosed courtyard but would have been even better to have a small enclosed grass area for them as I found the pictures a little bit misleading as I thought we did have that. The conservatory was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view.

Excellent location and lovely home, very tidy. As from NZ didn’t understand the “knack” with locking the door🫣, this was handled extremely quickly and professionally, and we liked it so much we asked for an extra night. Can't fault this stay in any way. Everything was as described, the hosts were super responsive, helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to surprise us with a very thoughtful gift. The cottage is a delight, very authentically Cornish, comfortable and warm. It was suitably equipped (we didn't need for anything during our stay) and a great place to relax and unwind after days of walking. Porthleven turned out to be a super place to base ourselves with good restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and town activities. Not as "quaint" as Mousehole or Marazion but actually better equipped for a stay and a little more local activity, we preferred it. If we headed back to Porthleven I'd absolutely look to stay at this cottage again. Recommended.

Della went out of her way to respond to any queries and put us at our ease right away. The accommodation suited us perfectly and Della made sure that the dogs were welcome and provided covers for the sofa and bed in case they decided to sleep there instead of on the floor on their beds. Everything has been well thought out and there was nothing missing even down to spare beach towels, bath robes, Foxes chocolate biscuits and posh crisps! I am sure that if there had been something we wanted, Della would have made sure it was there for us! We have family in Falmouth and if we can’t stay with them, I know we shall be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Elizabeth’s Studio. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The decor was very classy. We appreciated the treats and the fresh flowers were delightful- a very thoughtful touch. This area of Cornwall was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. Grateful thanks Elizabeth. Chris and Steve

Absolutely stunning apartment with beautifully decorated and furnished rooms. The view is simply breathtaking. Kerry has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the booking period and was so helpful and prompt. We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

Surfers Rest was exactly as described. Very good location for Hayle as beach access was just across the road and 15-20 minute stroll. Brilliant bar and restaurant on the beach. Swimming pool just across the road. Good location for visiting other towns and beaches. We went on local trains and buses as well as driving around. Thank you Diana

Eleanor’s cosy, clean and quiet apartment was perfectly located for attending my course at Newlyn art school, a 5 minute walk away. I stayed 5 nights and found Eleanor helpful and friendly. She carried my suitcase into the apartment, as the terrain and steps made this difficult for me to do, which was very kind of her. Eleanor also let me store my belongings in her porch for a later departure. Cafes and restaurants only a 10 minute walk down the hill.
