Holiday rentals with lake access in Múlaþing

We rented two rooms in Lóas house as a family with two kids. Rooms and beds were very nice and the house was clean.

Great spot for overnight stay on my travels around the ring road. Loa was responsive and let me drop my items before check in time. She gave me recommendations on where to go. Loved the art and the charm of her home.

This place is perfect, I already saved for my next trip to iceland. The host is very responsive and does not bother you at all during your stay. I cannot ask for amything else. Just perfect! (my 3 daughters loved the place so much. 4, 7 and 11yo)

Anna Kristin was a great host! She has amazing pets like horses, a dog, a sheep and a cat. The house felt very welcoming and homey.

We loved our stay, and Justyna was such an amazing host! The room was soooo cute and cozy, and walkable to great restaurants, the town, and a gorgeous waterfall! Plus, Justyna is such a warm, caring person! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even when we were facing a blizzard forecast in June! Justyna was a great host - easy to communicate with and kind. Her place was as described, beautifully decorated and clean. We were able to prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend Justyna's place!

The host was friendly and welcoming—we had a wonderful stay! The surroundings were beautiful, and we especially loved the presence of the adorable cats and dogs. Highly recommended!

What a cool place! Elsa greeted me warmly when I arrived, and since I was the only one staying that night she upgraded me to a larger room. She also recommended a fantastic spot to enjoy the lake, and in the morning she had homemade bread for me to enjoy. I felt so welcome here, and I would gladly stay again next time I’m in Iceland!

This was my second accomodation while staying in Iceland and appreciated the level of hospitality that they offered. The space had a great lived-in and comfortable feel and was beautiful with the amount of light that the windows let in. They offered great local insight to the area and it was clear they accommodate a wide range of types of travellers. Though I didn't make use of all the information and amenities, I appreciate the thought behind it. There were many personal touches that make it that much more memorable. I especially appreciate them messaging to make sure check in went alright.
