Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach to the ski or hiking area Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car you can reach the Smaragdbahn Bramberg, which takes you to the ski or hiking area Wildkogel. It was simply great at Helga & Johann's! I am super happy to have chosen their accommodation. The two are super warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable right away! The accommodation is unbeatable in terms of value for money. Even if there is no kitchen, a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and toaster are available, so you can always make a snack. There is an adjoining bathroom and a short hallway leads to your own toilet. The area is beautiful and Helga and Johann help with great pleasure in planning the excursions and always have good ideas and tips ready. If you want to be very well accommodated in a beautiful area at a great price, you will definitely get your money's worth here. Thank you for the wonderful time! It was perfect!

Beautiful, modern and extremely well-equipped house! The location overlooking the mountains was a highlight every day. Very well maintained and extremely clean. Nils is a great host who was also always available. Overall a fantastic stay that is really highly recommended!

Plenty of space in the apartment itself, magnificent view outside at the mountains, good parking space. Rooms were clean, fresh bedlinen and towels were waiting for us. The host was flexible regarding the check-out time, which is a bonus. They will happily provide certain amenities like dish soap, cloth, hand soap, paper towels when asking, but they could have been included in the apartment in the first place. Would visit again.

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!
