The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

You can not walk to the beach and sea but by car is 7 minuts away. The yard is large and fenced and with lot of plants and is ideal for families with small children. The supermarkets (Koufland, Lidl etc.) are 2 km away.

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

The stay at Ivan's Villa was very nice! The house is very clean and fits the pictures. The very quiet location makes the relaxing holiday perfect. The outdoor area and the pool are also very well maintained and invites you to linger. Everything in the area is easily accessible by car. The proximity to smaller villages or cities is ideal for excursions. Also the beach and the sea were reachable in a few minutes by car. The communication with Ivan was friendly and accurate. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We felt at home at the place. All rooms are very clean and the hostess is very friendly and always quickly accessible. The apartment is surrounded by nature in a small residential area - perfect for relaxing. All excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. We would have liked to have stayed longer and would love to come back.

Very nice apartment near Poreč. We loved the swimming pool which is clean and relaxing, with umbrellas. Mrs Natasa was always available and gave us advices regarding places or restaurant to go around. Thank you for welcoming us, we recommend.

The apartment is cosy and nicely furnished and fully equipped. It is located in a small and very quiet village near Poreč. Beach, shops, restaurants and Porec town can be reached in a few minutes by car. The streets in the place have no names, but with the information from Vera and the GPS data, the apartment was easy to find. Vera can also provide a lot more information.

Srđan and her husband are very friendly and attentive hosts. They were particularly loving with our children. The property is as described and the sunset from the very large terrace is almost unbeatable. We felt very comfortable!
