Holiday rentals with a pool in Mueang Rayong District

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

It is very close to the sea, the location needs to ask the host, the location is not the same as the one marked.It is also easy to find and very good environment.Yes, great value.

Pakkhawan is just a wonderful host and person first of all, just really kind and cares about people. Her place is absolutely new and so nice. I wish every place was this nice. Pool, gym, sauna awesome, location terrific. I haven't stayed at such a nice place like this in a long time. And the bed is the best bed I've layed on in all of Thailand so far. If you have been roughing it and need a break, this is the place.

The place is clean, the amenities inside the room are well-equipped. If you have the opportunity to stop by again.👍🏽

Alex is really a nice host. The first day, he drove to take us to the apartment. And he helped us as possible as he could. The apartment is just like a home, having many things we need. Thank you, Alex.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. We had a great time there. Specially we really like spending time on beautiful rooftop. Also we enjoyed pool in the afternoon. ※In the afternoon, the pool is in the shade so you can enjoy it without worrying about getting sunburned. We didn't have any problems during our stay. They cleaned the AC filter before our stay. AC is really working well. They installed new washing machine. ※No need to go to the laundromat, you can wash your clothes at home. Also there is a vacuum cleaner, bloom and mop. You can keep the room clean on your own. Internet speed is high. You can work from home without any Internet problems.

This is the best accommodation. The owner is a sophisticated woman with a high level of sophistication and is kind in everything. The room is well-organized and clean. The bedding and bed are in good condition, and sometimes the owner's maid provides special service by changing the sheets and cleaning. All appliances are fully equipped, and the free Wi-Fi is very fast. The pool is very nice, and the fitness center is a little old, but it is usable. There is a little noise because the building next to the condo is under construction, but it is quiet in the evening. It is a great accommodation for the price, and you can receive attentive service from the wonderful condo owner and housekeeper.
