The location is good, the apartment is after renovation, the condo is ordinary, but the pool is long, you can swim, 52 m. In this one, there are restaurants and shops nearby, the beach is the best with pine trees. The host Mr.Gregory is good kind and quick responsible person.

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

The place was clean, with wifi and air conditioning. Front reception was really friendly and helpful and location was really lovely and quiet.

Loved our stay at this very quiet condo. It is right in the centre of Karon which makes it easy to get around. It is close to lots of shops, restaurants and massage places. The best part however is that while being so central it is setback from the main road which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained by the stafg on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minorvissue with the toilet and someone was up to look at within 5 minutes od my call. It was fixed in no time which was fantastic. The only odd thing about the place is that the second bedroom does not have any lights. I used a lamp from the living room so that I could see at night. Overall this place is fantaatic and I would stay here again and again.

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. Free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the protected area of the condominium there is 2 swimming pool, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with car rental. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

It was a fantastic trip for a month. You can see the blue sky and the blue sea every day. Beautiful sunsets and the night sky is beautiful. Let me explain the advantages and disadvantages. Downsets: This is not a breakfast box. No washer and dryer (Breakfast, washing machine, and dryer are included) And there are a lot of ants. It may be a little difficult to get around on foot. We need to bring a filter because it comes out a lot of rust. Pros: So friendly staff.. the best!! Especially the Myanmar family who cleans it is so good. You are so kind and kind. And it has a fantastic view. The sea, the sky and the landscape are perfect. The pool is nice and it's so nice to be quiet. We had a really good time in the suite for a month. If we are traveling to Phuket again we would use it.

Stay was excellent. Use of hotel bus to get to and from beach. They did a floating breakfast for us after we messaged to ask. All staff were very lovely. Would recommend packing your own beach/pool towels. Day to day provisions are light on. Basic items I.e kettle a few pans and a mixing spoon provided and one bottle of water. 7/11 not far down the road but finding it in the night with a late flight be prepared for. Would need to buy staples such as salt, glad wrap, oil. Milk. Coffee. Anything we needed was tended to within 24 hours . Overall a great stay and kamala is a great area for kids friendly beach with stinger net and shallow water. Hotel pool has lots of different depths which was great for toddlers. If staying with toddler/baby- would recommend you bring your own cribb.

Everything was beautiful , the apartments are spacious and beautiful and the view lived on the third floor The view of the mountain and the view was beautiful , the host is very cooperative, very responsive and very flexible, it will be the first choice for accommodation in Phuket

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. The apartment was nice, cozy, and very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made for a comfortable stay. However, I encountered significant issues with communication. The host was very delayed in their responses, which became a major inconvenience. After traveling for eight hours, I had to wait on the road for three hours before checking in. This was extremely frustrating. The location listed on the platform was incorrect, adding to the confusion. The host mentioned they had complained to Airbnb about this issue but claimed no action had been taken. I’m unsure if this was an oversight by Airbnb or the host, but it certainly affected my experience. Fortunately, Airbnb support eventually stepped in to resolve the situation, but the delays and confusion were quite irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The room is very clean, the room is decorated in the style of the balcony that we like, the view outside is also very beautiful, it is very convenient to buy things, basically it is 711, there are many houses around 711.

This is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to stay in Phuket and needs access to all the major beaches across the island. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic and there is also Phuket's best craft beer bar about a 2 minute walk away. To top it off, Sam is a one-of-a-kind hotel manager who maintains a very comfortable and wholesome atmosphere in and around the hotel.

Just be sure they are going to charge you 50 Bhat per day for electric. At first, I was a little caught off guard by this, but then I realized this is quite normal in Phuket and something that you will experience at most places you rent. They also were able to set me up with a motorbike and when my flight got canceled, I was able to continue staying by paying in Bhat. There are 4 to 5 very nice cats on the property although they do not enter your room so you don't have to worry about that. The pool seemed clean although I did not go in it. The one problem is there were quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom constantly at least six at a time although they did not bite me in the room because I had the AC on. When I asked the manager to put in a screen for the window in the bathroom, he said they did not have one if there was one I would say that would make this location perfect. Having this many mosquitoes in the bathroom is something they need to fix.

Fantastic place to stay! Easy communication with the host and very clean property. Would stay again!
