everything was exactly how it was described.photos match perfectly .it's a lovely quiet place I love our stay there . The beach is a little walk around 15 - 20 Min. you have shop and restaurants very close to the property.

Christopher was quick to answer any questions. The property was exactly like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach is only 5 minutes walk. Restaurants right in the doorstep and food shops.

Great place to be , quiet and family resort the stuff is very welocme and helpfull ,Inna helped us with every thing we needed highly recomended !!!!

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location was perfect right in-between Kamala beach and Patong. The view is stunning and having your own private pool is such a nice feature. The villa has plenty of space and 5 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to stay with a group.

Spent a month (6/1/2023 - 6/29/2023) in this townhouse. Lovely place, all necessary household appliances, utensils, linens and towels. The host Yulia and Oleg are wonderful people! We helped to check in, everything was explained in great detail and even on the first day they drove to all supermarkets by car so as not to drag heavy packages on foot.😍 Thank you so much for your responsiveness and help at any moment! A residential complex with a gated community, the townhouse itself is 10 steps away from the clean pool. From the rooftop townhouse we admired the most beautiful sunsets☺️ Two bedrooms, three bathrooms; accommodation is ideal for four people. Large kitchen-living room, all rooms have air conditioning and overhead fans. Washing machine and dryer in the backyard and a large dryer for laundry. I recommend 1000 percent the place! The only downside is that one of the bedrooms has a small closet to store your belongings and there are no nightstands by the bed🙌🏻

We had a great stay here ! The villa is exactly as is shown in the picture! Well worth the money. The rooms were squeaky clean and we totally loved the pool as well.

Had a fantastic stay here. Great place with a wonderful view of the bay with spacious and very well-maintained rooms. The hosts provided all the amenities you might need. Toiletries, towels, coffee, water bottles, and a cleaning service were provided on a daily basis without charge, as well as high speed internet and free access to all streaming services. Laundry and minibar available for a fee. Only downside is that is is located on a steep hill but it is manageable. The host is very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend staying here.

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

We stayed at Huan’s house for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant time. The sea view from the living room and bedrooms was stunning. The house is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing with friends. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by nature, and we appreciated the peaceful sounds of cicadas and frogs at night. The host and housekeeper were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the steep hill location made it hard to access without a car. One rainy day brought flying ants inside, and though the pool was cleaned, bugs and leaves kept falling in. Shower pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated. We had a water cut on the last night, and electricity cost 1,708 THB for 4 nights despite using A/C only at night. Still, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and would recommend it to those who are okay with minor inconveniences and a natural environment.

Super super good experience, the room facilities are super new, the kitchen is large enough to have pots and pans, small enough to have a bottle opener, oven, microwave, and large refrigerator, very thoughtful to send us umbrellas and sofa blankets, I personally used Airbnb for the first time, I highly recommend this homestay, the price is very reasonable, and there is a specific location for taxis, the most important thing is that the electricity is not charged randomly, they show you the electricity meter before and after, I hope everyone can book this homestay for a long time!!

Our stay was Better than what were expecting. Laya especially made our stay GREAT. She was Very helpful, responsive, and honest during our stay. THESE ROOME ARE BIG lol. It was almost like having three mini hotel rooms. Because each bedroom had it's own AC unit...The dining room had it's own AC unit...we didn't mind the living room not having an AC unit. We didn't have Any problems going up the hill on our motorbikes. We did have to learn Which angle to park the motorbike.. Before you get off to put the security code on the door. We will be back. Especially because of Laya. Thank you Laya for everything.

we received a tour upon arrival and everyone was friendly, the place is clean, modern, and well equipped, super amazing views in two rooms and the rooftop. it is close to many things, plus the daily cleaning was a lovely touch, felt like a hotel and not just an airbnb. they even have a laundry service. only thing to keep in mind is the hill climb but if you're welling to get taxis or do some upwards hiking then it's fine. all things considered it's a 5 star stay and would definitely come back. Extra note: we even accidentally broke a toothbrush holder (ceramic cup) and the host was very very nice about it.
