We discovered our cottage by chance in 2019 & with enthusiasm and a lot of love for detail into a feel-good place in the beautiful Westerwald. (March 2020-August 2021) It is important to us and especially to me (Janine, a trained hotel specialist) to help other people rediscover the small and big things, moments & beauties in life closer again. Through time for yourself alone, with the family or even after work in our cottage and especially in the nature of the Westerwald. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Be my guest in the "Witch's House" in Niederfischbach! It has about 70 m² of living space on 2 floors with a shed and small terrace. And right at the beginning, the MOST IMPORTANT info for all guests... the lower floor has a ceiling height of 194 cm, so that means for all very tall people, either duck your head or book something else!!! :-( The upper floor is quite normal!! There is a parking space. And you "live" all alone in the house !! ;-)

Only when you stay for several days do you feel where the problem lies. At Rita's, I didn't find the catch on the fifth day either. Everything I usually need is there, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Thus, the kitchenette is equipped in a variety of ways, even a vegetable peeler is available, which is not self-evident. In the spacious, well-equipped bathroom, there are several towels in different sizes, which I think is great, so I had a towel for hands, face and shower. The darkening in the room was excellent with external blinds. A plus is the ground-level access via the terrace if you - like me - have a lot to unload. This saves a lot of effort from your own parking space to the accommodation. Internet was resilient and showed little fluctuation, which allowed me to work without interruption. This was also due to the large dining table, which I used as a desk. I'd love to come back on occasion, service and friendliness have a name: Rita
