Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Mtskheta

Thanks to GIGI's kind help and prompt reply, very nice house, convenience store downstairs, amenities around are very convenient, free parking right downstairs

We stayed at Shorena's place for a month and it was wonderful! The apartment was bigger than it appeared on the pictures. Location is great. Right in front of the building they're lot's of supermarkets. The metro station is 5-10 minutes away. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The host was hospitable and super nice to us.

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

The apartment is fantastic and exactly as described, barely a few minutes' walk away from shops and public transport. Irina and Gurgen were kind and helpful beyond words. I thankfully didn't experience any issues at the flat but Irina checked up regularly and I'm sure would have sorted anything out within minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

In general we liked the view, apartment, amenities. Everything was ready when we came, the host helped us in finding the apartment.

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

i liked it very much the apartment was very nice , clean stylish and comfortable , very new , the details was so satisfying. the host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful instructions , she was very responding. overall it was a fantastic experience for us.

I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks while in Tbilisi. Medea was a great host who was helpful, responsive, flexible, and communicated well. I think this was a much better value than staying in a hotel that would have costed more and only have been a bedroom. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and in a great location. I went there to spend time with my partner and subsequently spent a lot of time in the apartment. It was very comfortable. The apartment is also in a great location, with many great sights, restaurants, and locations being within a 30 minute walk. There are also two small grocery stores and a restaurant right outside the apartment too. If I go to Tbilisi again, I will definitely try to stay here.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

Natalia is a great host! Provided all the necessary info to easily find the house, check-in and check-out. Had an excellent experience staying there! Clean, warm house. Three bedrooms with own bathrooms and balconies. Has all the necessary things for a comfy stay. Outside there are a barbecue area and a hammock for chilling out.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

Nice place to stay in Tbilisi

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Nino and His Wife are a nice host and very accommodating. The house is the same as in the photos, the price is very affordable. the central points can be reached by metro in terms of location. ( marjenishvilli) you can easily meet your needs with local grocery stores such as pastries and outlet clothing stores, spar. The house shares the same garden with a few small houses overlooking a courtyard, the house is a great comfort in the fact that there are mosquito nets on the windows, everything was as it should be, we were satisfied. We felt like we were at home, we will prefer it when we come back to Tiflis. Cheers💕✨

this has been the best airbmb experience I have had so far as a freauent traveler. Giorgi was absolutly amazing, great, reaponsive, helpful host who went above and beyond in every aspect, from flexible check in to his responsiveness within the shortes time period. have nothing but great things to say about giorgi as a host and the apartment felt like home. highly recommend and will deffinately be using again on my next trips.

It felt like home, maybe a bit dark in the living room, but all the rest and the garden was lovely. Very local authentic experience.

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. This place is located in the heart of the city, and surprisingly quiet; considering its location. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. There’s a shopping mall nearby, as well as smaller shopping centers, and stores. There are so many restaurants, and bars in the area, and it is very safe. It offers amenities required for both long and short stays. The host is very responsive, and helpful. I would definitely love to book a stay in Saba’s property again. Also, I would definitely recommend Saba’s place to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Tbilisi.

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host.
