The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old St. Petersburg house that survived the blockade. Nearby is Frunzenskaya metro station. Alexandra was quick to respond to questions, explained everything in detail. We were met by Natalia, Alexandra's mother, a friendly sweet woman. She has two curious cats. You can use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days, everything was fine.

I spent two very pleasant nights at Natia's. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped (mini fridge, boiler and cuttlery are very convenient). The location is excellent to visit the old town and is quiet at the same time. Would definitely come back!

There is a housekeeper kitten in the yard that will accompany you in and out. The room is very cozy. The hostess is also very welcoming and replies messages quickly.

Amazing host with outstanding apartments. Beautiful view and great service. Location is within Tbilisi's heart. Night view is something! Clean rooms, responsive host, breakfasts, comfortable beds. If you want to dive into Tbilisi's atmosphere this place is for you. Highly recommended!

You are a heartful host and your son was very helpful. There are few rooms you rent out, so you can feel right at home.Cozy. Shampoo, toothpaste, and hair dryer were provided in the toilet and shower. She said she was free to drink tea, put in turquish coffee, and played breakfast.Especially the handmade Georgian appetizers were exquisite and I was impressed by her culinary skills. They responded quickly to my questions and helped me get around in the middle of the night. There were three cats and it was very healing. Friendly and calm guest house.I would like to visit again.

It was a very nice, quiet and natural wonder, if you want to rest your head, I recommend going there, they had a very nice garden surrounded by mountains everywhere and they were very good, the host

The location is great: close to shops, cafes and convenient transport. The room is very clean, very comfortable, there is a very good kitchen, the landlord and his wife are very nice, they helped us with a lot of questions, the rooftop has a very nice view, it takes only seven minutes to walk to the church, it is recommended to choose here.

Nice, cozy and compact apartment. Very convenient location, especially pleased with the proximity to Sameb. The apartment has all the amenities. Clean and tidy. But, the most important advantage in this apartment is the neighbors: friendly and welcoming. I recommend it.

Keti is such a warm and kind host. She treats her guest like family and it really made my stay extremely comfortable. It’s a great value - right at the center of everything with very nice view - I cannot recommend it more!!

I stayed two nights at Nutsa’s house and it was cozy and clean room with brand new facilities. Nutsa, the host, and her friend Michael helped me to check-in and explained everything I had to know. They were really kind and welcomed me from the bottom of heart. The location was great, in particular really close to the Carrefour store. It was one of the houses in a kind of traditional building so you can see how the Tbilisi people’s life is. It was an affordable deal. I had a great experience during my last stay in Georgia.

Spent a month at Irina's place in Tskneti and here are few awesome reasons to choose this place: 1. the view: snowy mountain peaks, greens and pine trees and all the birds songs during the day 2. Easy access to Vake district + great urban infrastructure in Tskneti including 24h groceries, pharmacies and banks. 3. Sure you've heard about georgian hospitality - I think this family re-invented it) Probably my best host-to-guest match for 4 years of nomading 4. As for arctic-born boy it's hard for me to stay in Tbilisi in summer - Tskneti is a life-saving option here since it's 5' colder then +35' in Tbilisian summer

Great location (city center), nice hosts with quality service (tea, coffee and all sorts of details), and most importantly a breathtaking view from the terrace. Value for money - 5/5

The grandson guided us politely. They fed us fruit from the garden and taught us a lot about the charm of Georgia.

Organized host, nice, comfortable room for 1-2 days trip. Closer to the center, all places to walk
