Magical Tiny Treehouse 'room with a view'

AllyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had a deeply nourishing stay at The Room with a View. Simple, rustic and peaceful, the tree house felt snug and sheltered in the Larch, over-looking beautiful and expansive moorland. For me, it was the perfect place for solitude and communing with nature. I immersed myself in the surroundings; venturing out onto the moors with the standing stones and ponies accompanied by the wonderful sound of the cuckoo. I found Anna to be very friendly and helpful; giving clear directions for travel and showing me round when I arrived - sharing some of the stories behind the place. There’s a well-equipped outside kitchen and cabin with a fridge along with washing up and shower facilities. A really informative book in the lodgings gives good recommendations for local eateries, hill and coastal walks as well as a list of beautiful beaches, castles and other places of interest - if you wish to go further afield. I felt rested and replenished and would love to come back.

A very comfortable small house in a wonderful location with fabulous views over the ocean and along the coast. The nearby Cat Rock Cafe has a decent bar and nice food. Highly recommended.

Cwm Connell Coastal Cottages - Ty Cwtch Studio

CathRating, 5 stars48 months ago
Lisa was very helpful throughout the process and a great help . The cottages are beautiful and well equipped and very clean. The location is great for walkers and the coastal path. The area is so unspoilt and beautiful , the wildflowers were stunning and so were the beaches and bays which are so unspoilt.

Estuary's Rest studio apartment at Galwad Y Mor

LauraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Gorgeous place, we are so happy to have discovered this little gem ❤️ really lovely hosts, very responsive and lots of information shared both about the accommodation and the surrounding area. The apartment was superb, really clean and felt so comfy, we felt right at home. Also super dog friendly (we even got a goodies basket with towels, treats, water and food bowls for our dog) The balcony is amazing!!! Perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and relax during the day. The view from the bed was also amazing!! The pub nearby (literally a stone away) serves lunches only during weekends and dinner every day, not the cheapest but good size portions. Lacks options if you don't like fish and seafood (which of course they have plenty of), but has a chicken burger option and beef. Chips are really nice and you can ask for them takeaway and enjoy them on your private terrace at home. Loads to see nearby but we could not step away from the lovely balcony so next time😊 😊

Riverside cottage w/hot tub and wildlife views

MeghanRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our stay at Nici’s was just perfect! The cottage was beautiful and the surrounding views were incredible for watching the sunset in total relaxation, you really can relax and sit for hours watching the world go by! The cottage was cosy and had everything that you needed, it really was a home away from home (with better views!) I couldn’t recommend Nici’s cottage more, the location is perfect for exploring the local area and Nici is a wonderful host! It really ticks all the boxes and I wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you for letting us stay!

Riverside Mews.

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Vanessa was a great host - Easy instructions, quick to respond and really helpful with local recommendations. The property itself was in a great location, within walking distance to the town. It was ideal with the parking and outside space. The living and kitchen space is a lot bigger than the photos make out. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but as there was only two of us this was no issue. Only thing to point out is the property is close to a local pub & takeaways so we noticed it could get a little loud on a Friday/Saturday late evening/early morning. Would defiantly recommend! Thank you 🙏🏻

Buzzards Watch, converted barn, rural setting

AnittaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A place of inspiration We couldn't be more happy about how the stay went. It was the perfect, peaceful, away-from-the-buzz place we were looking for. And Neil and Kate were very friendly and hospitable. We loved the fact that the Buzzards watch had it's own enclosed outdoor, garden-space looking out to the fields beyond. But the highlight was definitely their wildlife garden and pond; we enjoyed and appreciated the work they put into it to make it as beautiful as it is. The price for a 4-night weekend was surprisingly great and a steal. It is also in an ideal location to explore around Cardigan, the iron village, multiple pre-historic burial chambers, Cenarth falls, the Welsh wildlife centre, and plenty of stunning beaches, to name a few. In short, this place inspired us and we are definitely planning to come back again.
