Bonjour, La maison est située à 250 mètres du lac de Chaumeçon, en plein coeur du Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan dans un petit hameau. Vous avez accès à toute la maison et au terrain d'environ 1000 m2. Le lac est à côté en traversant un champ et vous avez la possibilité de vous baigner et de faire du canoë que nous mettons à disposition. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
