We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

very nice accommodation, peaceful. very well equipped, matches the photos. proximity to nature, animals are very refreshing, soothing. Sophie and Jacky are welcoming. guingamp is only 10 minutes away , the sea 45 minutes away, a small road "Deger Mat" is only 2 minutes away by car. a change of scenery guaranteed, I recommend it 200% remembered address.
