Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mountlake Terrace

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Lee’s place was very easy to get to and close proximity to everything, 15 mins from SeaTac and probably another 15 mins to downtown. You can park right out front of the apartment. Lee provided local recommendation and it was spot on. The apartment have everything that’s needed from shampoo, conditioner to coffee and other stuff. We really enjoy our stay, thanks Lee for making our first time in Seattle a memorable trip! Would definitely recommend Lee’s place to everyone.

Walkable distance to downtown Kirkland where many restaurants and shops are located, but yet it is a quiet and private neighborhood. We like our stay in Gina’s place. Thank you.

Stayed overnight with my partner. Cozy and comfortable space for the price. Able to avoid feeling like you're in the hustle and bustle of the city while still being within a very short walk to Green Lake and about 5 minutes drive from Fremont, Wallingford, Ravenna and U District Neighborhoods. Hosts were friendly, proactive, and provided instructions to get to the house a few days prior and even made sure to follow up to make sure I got the information I needed day of. Would recommend their guest house.

Our daughter was having a 50th anniversary party for us so we rented the house for family members that were flying in from out of state. We all totally fell in love with the place and everyone said they want to come back to this house for various reasons. Such a comfortable home with so much room to spread out and ocean view to die for. Comfortable beds and huge kitchen perfect for entertaining.

Julie was very responsive and attended to our requests right away. Very lovely person and her property was fantastic. Everyone in our very large group of people loved every minute they were there.

Jingru and Daniel's house was lovely. It was clean, provided everything we needed, even having something delivered to us when we couldn't find it in the house. There were minimal stairs at the front entrance which was great for my father as he's disabled. Didn't get to enjoy the outside fire pit as we just didn't have the time. There was a bit of construction on our first and last day that was a bit noisey but was quiet over the weekend. I would recommend their house in a heartbeat.

Lori was an amazing host. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings. The house itself was well furnished and had all the amenities one would need for a long stay. Lori made us feel comfortable and was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a great time relaxing, playing, and enjoying ourselves!! Although it’s a semi-basement, it was well-ventilated, clean, and nice. It matched the photos perfectly. It looked exactly like the photos and had two king and queen size beds. Two people could sleep on the sofa bed, but it was a bit tight, so bringing an air mattress was a better option.

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

Clean Airbnb in a very safe and walkable area, close to bus stops for easy access to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Fremont and experience all the area has to offer!

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
