The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. I had a pleasant stay at Ashish’s place. Place was quiet and comfortable. It has good views and good neighbourhood. Initially I had Internet issue and Ashish was responsive and added a booster device to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend stay at this place.

Hi. I had a great time staying at Rubin’s listed location. Very friendly and responsive to begin with. I felt i found the right place, at the right time. Very private, beautiful house, walkable surroundings. If you looking for a place to stay local to Mountain House, or closer to Tracy I recommend this from my experience. I booked for a month, and couldn't get chance to extend because of other priorities. Nice Kitchen, Utensils, TV :), Furniture, Bedroom, Restroom, so on. Host is very proactive in helping if anything is asked for. Wish I would have continued for longer. And hoping the next guest stay will have nice experience as well.
