Jenny's place was great. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and just lovely. Some of the little things that made our stay great: the towels were thick and fluffy and she provided washcloths!! What has happened that so many places have towels but no wash cloths?! :) Jenny also provided some coffee and creamer - such a luxury to have when you wake up! There was a ton of closet space. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Condo was super quiet. We were on 2nd floor and never heard anyone else in the building or in parking lot. We didn't cook, but she had nice dishware and cookware available. We didn't need washer and dryer, but they looked brand new. It's not a walkable area though, no sidewalks, so you do have to drive to the grocery store or restaurants, etc. Seemed like a very safe neighborhood. Jenny was proactive and easy to reach. Overall, Jenny's place was very nice and clean and I would definitely recommending staying here!

I liked it so much that I’m going to book it again for my mom. Clean living room & bathroom, comfortable bed, easy access, and great tasting restaurants blow and across the street.

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

We made a last minute reservation and it was late evening, nevertheless Josh was responsive and informative. He provided clear check in and check out instructions on time. Apartment is clean and cozy. Amenities listed are actual and match the description. Good place to stay, would definitely recommend.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

Carol’s place was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive and also accommodated late check in. There isn’t much around but it’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the convention center.

We enjoyed our stay at RaQuitta’s place. We came up for a baseball tournament and It was in the perfect location between the several ball parks that we played at during the week. RaQuitta is a great host and super responsive if needed. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again should we be in the area!

Overall I had a very good stay. Finding parking was a little bit of a challenge but other than that it was a very nice apartment, everything worked as it should. The area was very peaceful and overall enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

CJ's place was great and very comfortable. The location was ideally situated in the center of downtown Birmingham with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed for this trip. The unit was clean, free parking was in the nearby garage, and CJ's instructions were very helpful. CJ was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory by checking in with me via messaging at appropriate stages during my stay. I highly recommend his place for your next visit to Birmingham.

We had a great time at the Armour house! Walkable to many restaurants and bars. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing in response time and helpfulness to recommendations!

Huge place with a modern-rustic city style look and comfy beds. Stayed with my family (5 of us total) and we had a nice stay. The parking garage is a bit tight to drive through but it provides security for your vehicle as big cities and street parking don't always mix. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. She was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, provided detailed check-in instructions, and regularly checked in to make my stay pleasant. The home was cozy and well-lit, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for a baseball tournament at Hoover Met and other local fields. Sue's place was perfectly located to each of the 3 field locations we needed to go to. In addition, it was near Birmingham to explore the city and close to a huge state park for hiking, swimming, paddle boarding (kayak and canoe rentals too) and fishing. The condo complex also had a pool which we had to ourselves when we went. The condo is nestled in a hilly and wooded area. Despite the quantity of condos and apartments in the area, it was very quiet and peaceful for walking and running as well. The condo felt more spacious than the pictures depicted on the inside. It was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. It also includes a full size washer and dryer which were perfect for washing uniforms!

Great space with a huge shower and comfortable bed and couch. Perfect size for a couple. Great central location. Was under 10mins to everywhere we went.

This is the cleanest place Ive ever stayed at away from home!! it's cute and comfy as well. Will stay again next time Im in Birmingham.

Wonderful apartment near many shops and restaurants, walking distance to UAB, you do not need a car. nice neighborhood. Host Suzy is very helpful and responsive. Will return.
