If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

Honestly would return! Hot Tub was nice and and hot no issues on my end with the parking. Beautiful interior with a nice kitchen (they have any kitchen item you need in the cabinets) also equipped with tons of helpful items like a first aid kit and fire extinguisher for safety. Thanks for having us!!!!!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
