Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mount Vernon

We had a great time using this Airbnb for our stay surrounding our wedding at Maplehurst farm! The wedding party loved the hot tub and being so close to the venue in the morning was priceless. The place was well stocked with plenty of linens and everything we needed, and the beds were nice and comfortable.

We loved the place! Was there because we got married on the island, this was convenient and actually better than we expected. Great size for small family getaway. They had just about everything you would need, just bring food. Beautiful views! We would totally stay there again.

Allan provides a virtually perfect Airbnb experience. The Benton Street Retreat is absolutely awesome. The property is in fantastic condition, was extremely clean, and is very open and light. There's a very tasteful feel to everything. There are numerous extra touches that add to the experience. These include very adjustable lighting with lots of dimmer switches to set the right ambiance for whatever you're doing. The washer and dryer are very large capacity, making laundry easy. The bathrooms are modern and stocked with plenty of nice-quality towels, washcloths, and soap, shampoo, etc. The interior doors are heavy, solid-wood and not hollow-core, making everything feel more private. The views from the numerous windows and doors is gorgeous, and the porch and patio are pleasant places to hang-out outside. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants only a short walk down the hill to the main road on the water. Overall, we're completely pleased with our host and our stay!

Peaceful, well equipped home with an insane view! We couldn't believe how beautiful the waterfront view was, even when it was raining. Very quick drive to Deception Pass nearby for the thrilling bridge walk and some nice walks. Easy check in and comfortable, clean space. We loved our stay here.

What an incredible stay! Guemes is magical, and so is Sophie and Robert’s cabin. Peaceful, stunning views, thoughtful touches - we had everything we needed and more. You can tell how much love has been put into the property, and it was so special to be there. Sophie and Robert were incredibly helpful and communicative, and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. The place is small, but it is really comfortable for a few nights. It was very clean and organized. We really like the common shared area where they have the pool table, a fireplace, and some nice and cozy sofas. We went there both nights, and it was mostly empty with the whole place for us. We didn’t cook, so we cannot evaluate the kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at Tamar's place in Langley while visiting my father for his 80th birthday. The apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained, which made settling in easy and comfortable. Communication was seamless — the hosts were responsive, helpful, and made everything effortless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Not only was it conveniently situated for everything I needed, but there was also so much to do just steps away — from local shops to scenic walks. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful charm to my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Lara and Casey were very accommodating as we stayed in their apartment for over a month. The place is beautiful and located in a very peaceful and relaxing part of town. It has everything you need for an extended stay in Bellingham, and they were super helpful and lovely hosts!

Vicki has something truly special here. The Robin Song studio offered anything and everything you could need, including the most beautiful sounds of nature’s choir as you sit and enjoy the sweeping ocean and mountain views. Bring your binoculars and open up your Merlin app for a simple and healing experience. The pictures are stunning, but nothing will prepare you for seeing it in real life. It’s almost difficult to want to leave and explore the island! Vicki was incredibly communicative and went out of her way to ensure we found the spot. I would be thrilled to stay again, Vicki is the best host I’ve had in my years on Airbnb. We can’t thank you enough!

Julie's place was absolutely perfect! It had every amenity you could need, was super cute, wonderful neighborhood with a great park. Julie was also great with communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing i would note is that if you're like me and have sensory issues the noise from the tv upstairs might bother you. (I did not say anything about this to Julie because i know it's a me issue) if i ever come back that way which hopefully i will i would love to stay again. Everything was wonderful and you created the perfect home away from home. Every night we actually felt like we were going "home" thanks again for your hospitality!!

The place is an absolute gem! Out in a quiet neighborhood tucked into a forest of trees. The surrounding is quiet, tranquil, and a great place to relax. Amenities are clean and comfortable. Cozy! Amy was super proactive in messaging me about how to get in. Check in and out was a breeze! A great property, will definitely be on my list of places to stay again if I take another trip to Whidbey Island.

I’m not being dramatic when I say this Airbnb was the best one I’ve ever stayed in! You are in for a super special place if you stay — not only is Sequim a fantastic little town (with tons of stores to stock up pre or post park trip) but this home is just magical. The private garden is stunning, we ate dinner on the chairs/table outside (covered porch) & just had such a lovely time. Cozy, clean as ever, and the hosts couldn’t have been friendlier. I genuinely felt like I was at my aunt/uncle or grandparents house - you know that feeling where you just feel “like you’re home” mid-trip… Definitely would make it my mission to come back when I’m exploring the Olympic Mountains again!! <3

What a beautiful and peaceful retreat! The backyard garden is absolutely breathtaking, and there is a beautiful view of the bay. The furniture, bed, pillows, and linens were all very comfortable. It was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchenette. We also, really liked the heated tile flooring! Everything was just as pictured and described, and it felt very clean. We had a very quiet, peaceful stay!

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

What a beautiful property! My friends and I had the best time enjoying the stunning views, gorgeous house and the relaxing hottub. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The host was kind and helpful as well. We would love to come back someday!

My favorite part about staying with May was the personal touches, such as a welcome sign with my name on it. What was even more touching was the surprise wedding gift (I was staying at the airbnb leading up to my wedding). There are a few tiny details I personally would prefer to be different but upon bringing them to the hosts attention they were receptive and considerate of what I had to say.

Exceeded all expectations. Home was extremely sizable, very well maintained, and in a great area in close proximity to quite a few conveniences.
