Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mount Pleasant

Joe was an outstanding host, and we enjoyed staying in his home. Nancy's Place was clean, free of clutter, yet we loved all the little local and family art he had throughout the home. He responded very quickly to questions before our trip and was accommodating with our flight schedule with check-in and check-out. We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we were cozy from the moment we walked in! Neighborhood is cute, neighbors were friendly, and you can’t beat the lake views! (just a few short steps from the driveway and you’re right at the boat launch) We didn’t bring our kayaks with but we could have easily walked them down. It was a great week here and we would absolutely stay again!

Had a wonderful weekend in Milwaukee! Andrew had lots of great recommendations for dining, coffee, cocktails and shopping. He was wonderful to talk to and we really enjoyed our stay!

Rhoda is an excellent host! Very helpful, friendly and accomadating! She went above and beyond for us! The house is very clean and comfortable.

The property was great and Rebecca will message if anything was needed, but everything was perfect. Great by location and lots of restaurants and close to downtown

Joan’s place was outstanding. Everything is just like the pictures. We had a simple issue and after she responded to us it was quickly resolved. We were there for navy boot camp graduation and the location was an easy drive to the ceremony and it was great to have a home to bring our sailor to so we could relax enjoy our visit with him. We were so impressed with this property that we have recommended it to another family member.

We immediately felt at home & very comfortable ~ loved the decor. We even took time to spin a vinyl this morning before check out ! Did not move our car after check-in. We were able to walk to great restaurants & had easy access with Uber to the amphitheater. Great location …loved the vibe of the neighborhood! Mark’s place was pristine clean the beds and linens were amazing so comfortable!

I coming back to Rebecca place when I have time. She is a best host I ever had! Helpful, if is any problem but fortunately I didn’t needed any help. It’s my “ second “ home if I needed to runaway for couple days. Rebecca makes sure her guess feels good. I just so lucky I found this place! That’s why her place always booked. Thank you for having me here again!

Every thing was great. Amazing shower. Great area. Only issue ceil fan didn't work. Board on top of closet broken.

Felt right at home. Really cool place to stay, comfortable and spacious. Not too far from downtown

Ryan's place was good and very close to the city, beaches and cafes. Only issue we ran into was kitchen power went out while cooking dinner. When we reached out. Ryan was quick enough to help us with the instructions to bring power back up. Overall, good place to stay which was within our budget.

We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting Six Flags Great America and the surrounding area. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hugo was very quick to respond to us when we reached out and was very communicative. We would definitely stay again when traveling to the Chicago area!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kenosha. SOOo private. There is no one on either side of the apt and a store is below so no one is there at night. GREAT back deck w grill. Super clean. Great shower. Hosts are the nicest people!! They greeted me when I arrived and gave me detailed instructions on how TV worked, how to get onto back deck etc. They have thought of EVERYTHING someone might need. Beach towels and beach bag...even a big wide brim hat in case you forgot yours. Magnified make up mirror, great TV w movie channels, super comfortable bed, AC units in every room. Loved it and will stay again whenever I am in Kenosha!!

By far this was my best experience throughout all of my years of using Airbnb. I’ve never had a host make me feel more at home & safe. Even one of the days by chance my girlfriend & I got to talk to Carlos in person because he was outside with his puppy when we were coming back to the Airbnb. He was super kind & sweet. Their place was comfy & cozy too just how I like & prefer it. LGBTQ+ friendly & very open about it. As someone who’s in a queer relationship this made me feel incredibly secure which is extremely important to me in today’s world. Also their location is walking distance from the Cactus Club which is one of our favorite local spots in MKE. My partner & I would definitely love to stay here again in the future sometime & recommend it to anyone. 🙂🌈

This place was nice and clean. Bigger than I expected from the pictures, very open and roomy. The host was very helpful, particularly with giving us heads up about street parking and such. She made every single effort to make sure we moved our car before it got towed. Which we did right in the nick of time. I'm definitely saving this place to stay next time I come to Milwaukee!

Wish we could have stayed longer! We felt right at home during our stay, and there was no shortage of interesting things to do just a short drive away.

Exactly what we were looking for-- a quiet place to land at the end of adventuring in the city. Michael is a pro. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is very walkable with many cute neighborhood restaurants.

Loved our stay here - host was helpful with clear instructions. Location is great - right next to an awesome donut shop and a 10 minute drive from everything else! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

We were lucky to find Amy's place as many only book two-night minimum and we were only in town for one. Her condo was clean and comfortable. We entered on a hot day to a well-air-conditioned home and to jazz music playing. It was such a great way to start our stay. She gave recommendations for the area and had very few requests for checkout - just take trash and start the dishwasher. We three women took a late-night walk in the area and felt perfectly safe. Be aware that check-out is 10AM while most places are 11:00. It was fine with us as we were getting on the road by then but some would care. I don't know if there's any flexibility as it didn't matter. Amy was very proactive about ensuring we were all settled in and asked if there were questions. We had a great stay and recommend Amy's condo.

This cozy little condo on lake Como/Geneva was outstanding! Easy access to all the things in the area! Lori was extremely communicative and we enjoyed her as a host. If we find ourselves in Geneva again we will certainly stay here on repeat!

Rachel’s place was very clean and a short drive to everything we did in the area. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The pool was nice as well.

We rented this entire house, both upper and lower units (separate listings) for our wedding across the street at South Shore Pavilion. This rental was outstanding and created a beautiful and stress free home-base for our wedding guests and weekend. The bridal party was able to get ready here before the ceremony and guests from out of town had clean private bedrooms to stay in. Awesome eclectic vibe and plenty of places to relax, with plenty of extra room. I recommend this rental to anyone spending an important weekend in Bayview, like a wedding. The next door neighbors were courteous and very tolerant of our busy weekend. Instructions were clear for how to stay out of their way and how to be good guests in the neighborhood of mostly homeowners. I would not consider this a “party house” given the context of the neighborhood and rather a beautiful relaxing domain to enjoy the best neighborhood in Milwaukee.

The Airbnb was great—more spacious than it looks in the photos! Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and it was super convenient having parking included. The parking lot entrance is right by the elevator, which made coming and going really easy. The unit itself had plenty of space for a one-bedroom and could comfortably fit 4+ people. It’s also in a nice, convenient area with easy access to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot to stay at! Very nice views, very open layout, with a modern but homey feel. Great restaurant and bar right below you with good food and reasonable drinks. Side note: the shower is one of the coolest showers I’ve ever been in. Walkable to a plenty of near by bars, restaurants, entertainment. Would definitely choose to stay here again next time I’m in Milwaukee!
